Boheme stumbled down the steps of the train station and looked around at the empty terminal. The flourescent lights flickered above her head as she could hear a low buzzing noise eminating from them that filled the entire place.
To herself: Wow, this place is really empty for this time of day.

Boheme is startled as a young girl, who she hadn't seen before tugs at her sleeve.
To Boheme: Who are you talking to?

Startled by the girl: Oh! You scared me. Where did you come from?
*looks around the terminal*
Where are your parents?

Looking down at the floor: I don't care where they are. They probably aren't even looking for me... they don't even love me. Just look what my mommy did to me!
*shows Boheme her palm*
She held it against the stove just because I wasn't in my room!

*looking down at the girl*
Trying to comfort her: I'm sure that's not true. All parents love their children.
*looks down at the coil-shaped scar on her own hand before making a fist*

Annoyed: How would you know?!
The girl runs off down the tracks and vanishes before Boheme's very eyes, leaving her stunned.

Just then, a girl that appeared to be in her mid-teens touched Boheme on the shoulder.
To Boheme: Has the train left yet?

Answering: Hm? Oh, no. It hasn't come yet.
*looks down at the music sheets that the girl is holding in trembling hands*
Nervous?

*laughs nervously*
I'm going on my first audition today.

Smiling slightly: Life just got in the way, I guess. You know, if you'd like, I could help you practice.
*Boheme turns away, hearing the sound of the train coming down the tracks far off in the distance*
Would you like that? The train ride will be rather long.
As Boheme turns back to the girl, she is gone.
