[PRP] Kimaji and Majani

Not a special day, was it? No. The sun was rising, and a juvenile lioness was slikng out her cave wich she shared with her father, Swaii, who slept ALOT. Even though her fur seemed neatly groomed, this wasen't a sign of her caring about looking good; this was a part of her plan. She snuck away without permission, if she arrived home all messy, Swaii would know for sure.

Yet, if she arrived before he awoke, cleaned herself and looked normal, he probably woulden't notice a thing. The strategy, of course, failed if she arrived after he awoke.

But why must she sit at home, anyways? She loved her father, but she also loved playing, and chasing mice. She was yet to catch and kill something, but she was getting so much better at catching; mice were now toys to catch, let go, and chase again, the game lasted longer then.

With a yawn, Kimaji pranced down the stones of the mountain to drink water at the lake before finding something to chase.  

[Seiei]

[ The growing cub stumbled over himself, he was muddy, tierd, and extreamly in need of a drink. It had been a rough day already, with him having to wander around in serch of places to sleep and take comfort in. The sun was rising abouve his head and warming the day to unbealiveable hot temperatures. Panting, he urged himself on. It was better to keep going and find water than to lay down and rest.

His ears twitched as he heard the sound of running water. He looked around, only to find that he had gone further than he had expected to go and hoped he wasn't trespassing anywhere. He sighed with relife as he came to a lake and he bounded into the sater, splashing around and drinking at the same time.

During his joyful moment he stoped and stared. Something else was here too. ]

Hey.. Who was this? The mistweaver forest always seemed so calm, yet now she was hearing so much in the water.. Maybe it was the monster! Crouching and slinking down the stones that camoufladged neatly against her silver pelt, the juvenile made her way down to the lake, pausing at the bottom, tail around paws.

No.. it wasen't the monster, it was a lion, and he was starting to get fluffy like Swaii.

"Carefull! There a monster in there! "

She squealed, before hurring over to the water, as if to make sure it wasen't around. He haden't shown up in a while, though... finding it safe to drink, Kimaji lowered her head and lapped at the water, before leaping away, as if the monster not showing up was a trick for her to get lured in.  

[Seiei]

[ He stared at the female lion and tilted his head to one side. And began to splash out of the water. His fur stuck to him and was quite uncomfortable. He shook off some of the drops that clung to him and fluffed himself up. Then blinked a few times.
"Monster?" he questioned, "I see no monster. I see a female. Unless.... YOU'RE THE MONSTER!" and he pointed a paw at her accusingly. For how could he know if she wasn't? He had only been here mere moments before she popped out of no where.
He paced towards her cautiosly to get a better look at her, stopping a few feet away, just incase she attacked.
"Do you have a name?" ]

"No! Kimaji not the monster! "

She protested stubbornly, looking rather suprized. How was she the monster? Maybe the monster was silver too, but.. She had paws! And and.. She was a lion! And... Kiburi didn't say she was a monster.

"You sure you didn't see it? "  

[Seiei]

[ He eyed her, careful not to get to close. How was he to know that the monster hadn't been able to turn into things?
"PROVE IT!" He spoke rather loudly, as if to scare it back into the water if it was, but hoped that it wasn't... Cause didn't monsters attack?
He crouched down to the ground and blinked.
"I'm looking at it!" ]

Prove it? What did he mean by that? And was he looking at the monster? "You are?! Where is it?! " She squealed, looking around frantically before her eyes landed somewhere behind the juvenile male. "Its.. " She stammered as a fid seemed to weave around the water. This one was bigger than the one she'd seen when she was with Kiburi, as it wasen't even the same one, tohugh to Kimaji, it had grown.

She scrabbled up a rock, hoping it coulden't reach her here. "Monster behind you! " She urged, tail flicking behind her.  

[Seiei]

[ Majani flicked his ears. Should he belive her and look, which if she WAS the monster, giving her a chance to attack or Keep a watchful eye of her? Either one was good... But he looked behind him and stared in awe. "Monster!" he yelped and darted behind Kimaji. The monster could eat her first. Yeah... But then he's feel bad. But he had to get home to Halili eventually or she'd never talk to him again.

"Do we...er... Run yet?" he asked Kimaji as his eyes darted around. ]

She stared in direction of the fins, and then as they started to vanish under the waters surface. "Uh.. Monster dosen't come on land, " She mumured, and paced cautiously towards the water, poking her paw in and out experimentally.

"I think it left.. " She murmured, tail flicking behind her.  

[Seiei]

[ Majani peeked around her, and asked, "Are you sure?" He didn't want to get eaten. And this was making him scared of this water place. He slowly moved towards the water cautiosly and poked his paw in the same way Kimaji did.
"I hope it left, if it didn't we might get eaten!" He didn't like the sound of possibly getting eaten. It might hurt. "What do you do for fun around here?" ]

Kimaji sat down, looking at the male. "Fun..? " She asked curiously, usually, fun was called 'hunting'. "Oh! Kimaji hunts! " She said, puffing up her chest proudly. "Or explores. And swims, when monster isn't around. "  

[Seiei]

[ Majani just tilted his head. wondering, "If it's fun to hunt for us...But not fun for us to be hunted, why do we hunt?" This was puzzling to him. Being in fear of a larger being, but enjoying how it felt to catch and eat littler ones. "I hardly ever get to swim. There aren't to many places where I can." He kicked his paws around and stared at them. ]

The juvenile shrugged her shoulders, looking at the male, in the back of her mind finding him rather funny. "Kimaji hunts to make Swaii proud. " She said, puffing her chest up. She haden't caught anything for him yet, but she wasen't too far, was she?  

[Seiei]

[ He listened intently to her explination, wondering "Who's Swaii?" He asked her. There wasn't much anything else for him to say. The monster was gone and so was the fear of it. And Now it felt like the air between them had thickened as if they didn't see eye to eye. ]

The silver pelted juvenille blinked, as if finding it odd that Majani didn't know Swaii, before remembering that not everyone had met him, especially sense he spend most of his days snoozing in a dark cave, she woulden't be suprized if he vanished in the sunlight at this rate.
