The land was full of rocks, sand and cliffs. A small village nested safely under the overhang of the cliff. Not a single zoid rest in this area, but it was full of people. Not primitive, just people who would have nothing to do with zoids. It was almost morning The sun only a few hours from showing its face. A small boy play just outside of the village with a red ball. He was only five and alone His red hair was in a crew cut and he wore nothing but sandals, a red tank top and denim shorts. A wide smile on his face as he tossed the ball up and down. Why the boy was out so early.... no one really knows.

A Lone Figure emerged from the dissolute surroundings of the small village, he had been walking for quite some time, but fugitive didn't show on him. His complexion was emotion less as if in deep thought, and unaware of his surroundings. It was a false luxury he couldn't afford it, after all he was on the run; he had been for almost three years now. He carried nothing; his hands rested at his sides hanging out side his pockets by each thumb. His green goggles coved his longing crimson eyes to protect them from the sand that would occasionally blast up agents his fit build. His abdomen was bandaged up with white strips of cloth with a hint of a dark red decorating in few areas. Hardly coved up by his open short red vest he wore. His blue tattered jeans ruffled slightly in the clam wind, as his white crimson tipped hair collected small amounts of sand. Look up and off in to the distance he could make out the silhouette of the town in front of the over hang, and to be what look like a small child playing with a round object, up, and down, up, and down. The child look to be having fun, Arch with his keen eye sight even in such lighting could make out a smile on the child face as he continued toward the quite village. Arch Loyalguard

The small child looked up as he saw the large man heading for the village. With a giggle he waved to the shaded man. His mother had taught him to always be kind to strangers... always.. The ball dropped to the ground and stuck into the sand rolling slightly over. All knowledge of the ball had slipped this young kids mind as he looked at the approaching stranger.

-A kid out side...at this time?...Hmph,Not too safe...But what is now a days. - Arch thought as his expression remain the same, clam and steady.
Acknowledging the small child he didn't return his wave, except he made a nodding gesture. His pace didn't slow or quicken it didn't matter any other way too him; as he continued toward to what he could make out was a boy.

The kid quickly retrieved his ball, having to stop waving as he did. The ball had to be held in both of his tiny hands.
"Arc... " An echoed voice whispered over the canyon. It's base sound was hard to detect.
It was a female voice, but at the same time it didn't even sound human. There was a clicking noise soon following the voice.

Stopping in shear astonishment Arc look up from the boy as he heard his name echoed from the canyon. The voice was unfamiliar to him, his face became concerted as he tried to place the sounds location it was almost like there wasn't one. Eyes alert and flashing around as if to see someone other then the boy. He parted his feet to a more steady and prepared stance, as quietly as he could he drew his goggles back to rest on his floor head, his eyes still flicked cautiously around. What could it be? It was female, but that was even hard to make out. Slowly and quietly Arc motion his hand to his dagger that rested on his left side and back. He couldn't have been fallowed so far? it was unreal even for him.
-is it even human...why?...No, they couldn't possibly have fallowed me so far-

The boy was suddenly full of fear, every inch of his body shook. His mouth opened to usurer out a scream, but nothing came out. He turned around and begun to run back to his village... but he would never make it.
In an instant the boy's head was no more. Several silent rounds whispered through the air as the boy was flung forward.
"Arc Loyalguard... You now stand before The Judge and The Jury... how do you pleaded?..." The voice hissed.
Not even a shadow revealed the location of this person still.

-That Boy!- Arc quickly drew his dagger hand clasped it agents his arm as he jumped back. Not like that was going to save him agents a Zoid -Those rounds I could barely hear them!- Arc watched in horror as the boy was flung through the air headless. Still not seeing anyone not even a shadow of a Zoid let lone a feeling to one. Arc had a strange ability that allowed him to usually sense the presences of Zoids. -Where...where are you?-
Arc remind silent as the Voice called to him once more. Of all times to come in contact with a hostile whatever it is especially him being Zoid less. And his lower abdomen hurting more then usual.

Arc made a shallow growl as he gritted his teeth. No living person knows of that day, how could possibly she know of it.
"Judge not, unless you be judged!" Arc called out unemotionally. He didn't care life or death, it would have the same resolve to him.

A strange silhouette appeared behind him, away from the city. It had the ears of a cat, but the eyes of a demon. The crimson glow of the eyes pierced through the dark. They were not of human eyes.
"Than I pass. Hear me now! The Jury seek judgment on you... YOU are here by guilty of murder..."
There was a low growl seemed like it was coming from the figure. This was beastly, like a tiger. It was hard to tell the source due to the canyon's walls. Lights begun to glow from the houses in the village.
"I am the Judge... Only one may judge me..."

Arc heard the figure approach from behind and he relaxed but remained ready it wasn't a Zoid that reassured him he was trained for melee combat. He was still puzzled by the fact that this Judge knew his past and his name
"I am Innocent...by His Grace. But Guilty to you and this world." He made a short quite laugh before responding his voice still heald the Detachment as before but it had became more quite and clam. Smoothly Arc replace his dagger back to its sheaf as he still faced the Village he didn't even look back once at his accuser. "But what of the Boy? Was he not innocent."

"It is best you not face your death..." She hissed with a hint of delight trailing on her words. There was another clicking noise. She completely ignored the comment about the young boy. He was out alone in the dark... it was his own stupidity that got him there as far as every one knows.
"As did she..." She added in a monotone voice.

Arc he was filled with pity for them and the boy as gazed at the glows of the village he hoped for them to stay sleeping it wasn't safe. But it wouldn't matter if this Judge would decide to go on a rampage and kill everyone. And Arc knew this; if it would sort to as such he would fight back even if he was Zoidless at the moment.
Arc's whole body tensed up as she motioned the last statement. So she did know, how was it possible no one alive could know of the day and of Songbird, no one...yet this figure does. Tightening his fist he felt his stomach drop. Making a grunt any sign of not showing emotion was abounded right there. His eyes widen as a picture of Songbrids lifeless body resting in his arms passed through his mind he was speechless, dumbfounded. His Abdomen and chest felt a surge of pain as his muscles tightened around the residing areas of his wound. It was a while before he could finally responded.
"Song...Bird..." His voice was a bit shaky. "How do you know of her!" Arc whip around to face the figure all shakiness had disappeared and was replaced with anger, his eyes looked so unforgiving as he spoke.

The Judge only chuckled darkly at his response. It bring joy to her black heart to see such a reaction. It was what she expected from him.
"I know... Arc... I told you. I know everything. There is no hiding it from me or anyone anymore." She again spoke with her monotone voice.
The slight wind in the canyon ruffled around her cloak a bit, but still revealed nothing about her. her eyes flashed as she stared into his eyes. It was enough to drive any one insane. This thing that stood in front of him did not seem human at all.
"It is your fault she is dead Arc Loyalguard."
Again the clicking noise echoed throughout the canyon and more lights flickered on in the village, but no one came out yet.
"And it is your fault again... the boy. But do not worry for him. His family will soon join him, as... will... you." As she spoke this time her right hand begun to raise into the air, her eyes flashed again. She had claws? Again, the shadows reveled nothing of this monster.
