Post-LotR movie releases (twitch-twitch) most people will have noticed the _flood_ of fanfiction, mostly of the lousy variety. I propose that this thread link the good fanfics. Here are some starters, everyone else please add your favourites!

Philosopher At Large's ff.net account doesn't have the full Leithian Script, unfortunately. You can find more of it here if you're interested. And this is one I definitely recommend. Hmmm. I also like Finch and Ithilwen, even though they can get a bit slashy sometimes (I'm not a fan of slash, but I think those two usually manage to pull it off).

I don't know much about fanfic location, but I have a slasher friend and she says that the Library of Moria is a good place.... I'd have to be careful on that one, though, I haven't checked it yet...(honest--I'm scared)

I'd have to be careful on that one, though, I haven't checked it yet...(honest--I'm scared) Library of Moria is a really good place if you're just a beginner with slash. You can find some nice PG or PG-13 stories if you're not ready to get into the heavy stuff. 3nodding I would highly recommend it.

My best friend and I are sorta making a parody. Its realy funny, and often makes fun of changes that were made in the movie, and different stuff like that XD
Its also funny that Sam and Frodo, were changed into 'Samantha' and 'Freda' ^_^

library of moria is one of the best they have every pairing you can think up of and some you rather not but...its a good place everything is rated so you know what you are going to end up with and most are label with pairs so you know if you reading slash or het. pairings or what ever.
word of warning though they have been out of order since july so don't expect any updates any times soon.
