RULES


1.) Do not make multiple threads displaying your artwork. One thread per person. This also applies to the concept of making multiple accounts in order to have more than one thread. If need be, PM the Crew to have your Topic Deleted, if that's an issue. Otherwise, update your original thread, do not create more. This also goes for submitting artwork that a friend has provided. Do not make a seperate thread in order to display or help them sell their work. If you are going to post it, do it on your own thread. Just seperate it from the work you are trying to sell or so forth. And it might even work that for your subtitle when submitting a thread reads: Friend's art, too.
Or something along those lines. There are no exceptions.

2.) Keep chit-chat where it belongs, in the chit-chat forum. If your comment isn't specifically related to the artwork on the viewed thread, don't post it. Please be respectful and keep all off topic and side conversations within PMs.

3.) Do not spam. This Subfrom is designed for the display and selling of artwork, not to see who can out-emoticon who. So numerous posts of smiley faces will not be tolerated. Keep the pointless posting out.

4.) If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all. Telling someone that their artwork is good is fine. Telling someone that you like certain attributes of their art but think they could improve in other areas (constructive criticism) is also fine. Telling someone that their artwork flat out sucks and they should quit is not. Negative criticism is not appreciated and no one needs to hear it, and we will not tolerate it.

(Failure to comply with any of the rules above will grant you a verbal warning and depending on which you violate will cause locking of the thread. A second time will ensue a warning on your membership. A third results in a 3-5 day ban. Depending on the case. The penalties for everything listed below are far more strict.)

5.) Art theft is a high penalty, and if you are found to be one of the confirmed persons of this act, you will be delt with accordingly. If you are found to have stolen someone elses artwork and try to sell it at a personal gain, or use it without knowledge of the respective artist, you will be penalized. Copyright infringement IS punishable by law, and realize that in your doing this crime, you can be brought worse penalties than just a banning from a website. So, for the sake of everyone; think before you act. But, if it isn't taken into that high of a priority, the punishment if you're found guilty in this act will be suspension of useage upon the board. For how long? Indefinately. Theft of a persons creativity and hard work deserves no exceptions. You know what you're doing, so be prepared to deal with the outcome.
