The Half-Blood is actually the name of one of my avatar costumes (the one I'm wearing now) but it has its own little story to it.
There was a tale of a cursed child. Born of unusual beings, it radiated darkness. It lived by instinct-an instinct to kill, to destroy. But this creature had another side, peacful and friendly, burried beneath the darkness. A few weeks of endless torment after it was born, the vllage mage managed to calm the spirit with The jewel of Zhimylle, the local's shrine's treasured gem, the mystical necklace of the sun goddess Zhimylle. The child's dark spirit would be bound while this necklace was on, letting the calm girl live her life. But Zhimylle's power waned when the sun went down, and despite the power of this pendant, the girl returned to her demoic form when all traces of the sun left the sky. Myrae the Ancient one gave a prophcy.
"When the Three Goddesses and the Supreme One are together, Darkness's might shall fade. The once demon will be the Savior in the midst of chaos."
The Jewel of Zhimylle keeps her sane during Daylight
The Jewel of Syrael will Work for the same purpose when the moon shines
The Jewel of Avarice reinforces the previous two, and keeps the effects during all times of complet darkness, such as during the new moon and solar and luanr eclipses.
However, only Oyeku's Orb, working with The Three Goddess Jewels, can banish away the darkness completly.
So the fated one travels far and wide, avoiding the cities at night, searching for a way to end her struggle. The true form, ever repressed, has formed its own identity, callign itself "Sharusi" and endlessly tormenting her.
Meanwhile, The ruler of Airiglyph has been replaced with a demon copy, who has now began plans for invading their peaceful neighbor, Aquios.
A great war has begun.

Races:
as far as races go, you may be almost any intelligent lifeform you wish (nothing alien though)
You cannot be dragon or dragoon
You cannot be full or part angel
Demons:
regular demons are higher ranked.
The Lesser Demons are the neko's, inu's, and all the others in those manga (inuyasha for example)
Fairies: These fairies are human-sized and very human-like, except they have wings and elven ears. Also they are much more adept in magic and their blood is blue (instead of Hemoglobin, the have Gremousin, which holds on to more oxygen)

The amount of strength needed to do a certain spell is equivlent to what it would take to do naturally.Example: The amount of energy used in causeing a stone to float is equal to that which would be used to lift the stone.

Charachters WinglessFairy The Half-Blood Name:Lydai Age: 17 Gender: Female Race: Demon/Fairy(Class Light) Weaponary: Devil's Bane (sword); Steel Gauntlets; Soul Eater (NOT KH related!) The Soul Eater is very powerful, but Beserks the user and slowly drains health. Apearance: Daylight ; Full Demon Magic: High Blizzard Magic; Cure Arts; Basic Mage Skills Special Abilities: Is a Mind Reader; Dragon Twister (when usign the Soul Eater); Can sometimes revive the dead Solidify The Guardian/Side-kick Name: Rune Age: 16 Gender: Male Race: Human Appearance: Very handsome for 16, looks pretty manly but is also kinda small. Not really short, just a bit thin. Weaponary: He uses Runes for battle which basically do any magical thing you can think of. However they're almost as never as good as pure spells and once you use a Rune it's gone completely. So he can virtually do any super power imaginable although this power is controlled since there's a limited number of Runes in the world. Magic/Special Moves: Can turn all glowy and clear, turning incorporael for a few seconds. Can also blast enemies with magic, similiar to Piper's exploding power on 'Charmed.' He can also change one's sexual orientation temporarily. (LOL) He also can make himself super strong and fast for a few minutes. (that's 4 moves) Short Bio: Rune has been sent to help guide and protect the Half-Blood. His people believe that Lydai is really the Savior of Mankind underneath all her curses and such. She can also create machina from almost anythng. Short Bio: She's an Al Bhed girl who lived in Greeton with the other Al Bhed there. She and her father were testing a airship when they crash landed in Airygliph, and were promptly seperated and imprisoned. Rikku was rescued by Aquios, but in return, she had to teach them how to build some of the Al Bhed technology. She still doesnt know where her father is, but she doesnt really care cause he can be quite annoying... She wore a light yellow collar, almost a white color, made of leather. Hanging from this is a beautiful diamond about the size of a cubed dice, and roughly the same shape. Human Shape: She's beautiful with long golden tendrils of hair that fall down the sides of her face and past her shoulders by a couple inches. Her pale blue eyes remained, her skin having a creamy complexion. She still wears the light yellow collar around her neck, and now glass slippers adorn her feet, though cannot be seem because of the white dress made of silk that she wears. It is loose on her, her shoulders bare except for the thin straps that held it up. She married into the clan, to the second in command, but one day fled, on the day of their destruction, when Lycanthropes invaded their city and murdered many, including her husband.

Magic: She has mcuh knowledge in al magic, but avoids using it unless nessary Special Abilities: She moves faster than the wind and her enemy will be dead before they know what hit them. She can use Omnislash and all other sword moves. Syrael Name: Syrael Age: 23700 years; Equivlant to 19 Gender: Female Race: Goddess Apearance: Weaponary: A Large Lunar Staff with razor sharp stars bordering a cresent moon. Used for spells and for attacking; Tensaiga Magic: Professional in all types; Highest Cure Arts Special Abilities: She can bring people back to life with the Tensaiga Zhimylle Name: Zhimylle Age: 34500 years; Equivlent 28 Gender: Female Race: Goddess Apearance: Weaponary: Pyromagste; a long katana that spurts flames; with it she can use her most powerful atack, Solar Flare Magic: Above that of human standards. She is super-powerful in all arts Special Abilities: Solar Flare; She can call down rays from the sun or even cause the sun to black out.

Jewel of Avarice
~Avarice, the goddess of Shadows, is a warrior and hunter, much like Artemis of Greek mythology. She is strong-willed and very inteligent. She is also cosidered the god of Justice, War, and Hunting. Prayers for the grace of Avarice are called before battles. It is believed that with Avarice's help, the people who do right shall win in the end.
The Jewel of Avarice is a dark Shadowstone, supposedly to have been on Avarice's sword hilt.
Jewel of Zhimylle
~Zhimylle brings forth dawn to each day, suposedly dweling on the sun itself. She is the oldest of Oyeku's children, and when Syrael asked if she could bring light to the worlds as well, Zhimylle took part of the sun and placed it in the sky to watch the earth while Zhimylle was resting. But the light of the sun is daily replenished from the core, so about every four weeks Syrael must returnto Zhimylle's sun palace to take a part of the sun to replenish the moon. Zhimylle is kind hearted and is said to be the Guardian of Mothers and Keeper of the Harvest.
Jewel of Syrael
~Syrael is mischeivous and witty, and is the Patron goddess of theives. She is said to live on the Moon, and draws the ocean waters close to her castle. She watches over all children and those misfortunate. If anyone harms one under her care, her wrath is sure to be great. The theive guilds keep a portion of their profits to serve the poor children in honor of her, and never steal from those who are poor. Syrael is the youngest of the three goddess.
The Jewel of Syrael is a small cresent shaped peice of bone with a carving of Syrael's sacred symbol on it. It was suposedly made by a small child as an offering for her. The child brought it in hope that Syrael could take him to his parents, who had died due to plauge. Syrael pittied the child and brought him to heaven so he could be with his parents. The small gift she turned to moonstone and treasured. Although the exsistance of this jewel is known, it is said Syrael still has it and always wears it

Gender: Male
Race: Human
Appearance: Very handsome for 16, looks pretty manly but is also kinda small. Not really short, just a bit thin.
Weaponary: He uses Runes for battle which basically do any magical thing you can think of. However they're almost as never as good as pure spells and once you use a Rune it's gone completely.
