oohh, tough call...I think maybe Roy since he's had more experience. Then again Ed might since he's just really talented...I don't know.

i think ed would win. because he has various of abilities while Mustang only uses fire in a very talented way, but Ed can form anything so i think ed would most definately win.

There was an episode where that fight took place- Flame v. Fullmetal -but they were called off by the Fuhrer before it was over. At the end, Roy looked like he was going to win but he hesitated and Ed brought it back to a tie.
I'd be more interested to see who would win without Alchemy. xd

i would say ROY MUSTANG because he would just stand there and clicks his fingers and ed would have too run. the only way ed would win is if it rained
