Apperently,they think that Men(20 and older)Cant make themselfs sound younger so they useally get women to voice Characters.Examples:Bart Simpson and Tommy pickles from Rugrats....*sighs*I'm not sure myself why they have People voice characters of the Opposite sex,They just do.. sweatdrop
