1st decition: the new crew!
Shade was made crew, since she can't be here as much as she'd like. Pretea and sindar14 have been made co-captians to aid in changing and up-keeping the Guild.
2nd decition: contest
We need a front page banner, see sticky for details.
3rd decition: New RPs!
The new RP threads are now up and running! Have fun!
I have decided that this guild needs a serious revamp. So, since Shade is MIA and Winter is talking about leaving, looks like I'm back in my Captian's chair a little early. For now, this is for EVERYONE to post their ideas. Everyone includes those who don't RP with us at all. This means -
No:
flaming
spamming (this is a sticky-thingy)
fighting with Crew
Yes:
any ideas can be posted
any valid ideas will be discussed
the only ones who can dismiss an idea off hand is Dani (I am greedy, I know)
Crew may dismiss ideas if they PM me and I will add my concent to their post later.
So, this is what needs to be discussed:
recruitment
plots
characters
timelines (should we do one at a time or a sub-forum for each?)
promotions
thread ideas
subforums
EDIT: I got a note from Shade. She still wants to be here but life keeps her back. Hopefully she will join us again soon.

I'm here as well, ready to watch and pay attention my friend! I'm glad to see you are comming back full force, and maybe you should contact Shade and let her know we are doing the revamp? I'll start the pming tommorrow to everyone listed as a member here in the guild.

I suggest for starters Pre and Sindar get made co-captains.
As for rp suggestions....
we DO need some serious recruitment.
I have no idea what my personal life is going to be like for the next few months- I'm going through HELL at school, and with my parents. I';m beginning to regret continuing to live at home.
but that, is definately, far, exponentially beside the point.
I definately like keeping more than one timeline, at least one that is the distant past, so we can have the original armors running around, maybe a tutprial and q&A place for peopel to learn the basics of the series (I find if someone has a grasp of the world, they can rp even without having seen the series) and we should definately keep a thread where charachter listings and such are held.
I don;t think we need any more spammage places than we have, though I would like to request our current spam thread be left alone.... it's my linklist, and I would hate to lose ym storage spot.
maybe we get a bpone going for good rping- make a link for people to donate t the guild mule, and each month we use the funds to reward a member who deserves some kind of merit? or every other month? something like that?
We also NEED a place for people to post affiliates, links to and from us, and a place where members can quietly host links to quests and such- since we all know questing is so very much a part of our gaian world.
there's my two cents.

Shade!!! We missed you!! ^_^ HEy, sorry I didn't catch you there earlier. My schedule is strange, and if it helps, I'm here to lend an ear.
I'm glad to see you are about, at least for a little bit here. And as for the rest? Well, I'm pretty sure things are going to work out. I like the idea of people donating to the mule, in fact, I think we should take that a step further. Start bringing in contests and the like, and pulling that sort of thing. I really think that it can work out, and will get people checking in constantly. We can do things like Fan Art contests, and fanfiction contests, etc etc. Even do it for jokes or whatever like that. Us as crew? I think we should take turns hosting it. So, one contest say I'm holding it, so it's my responsability to judge. But the next one is held by, say, Dani, so it's her responsibility to take care of fair judgements, leaving me the chance to actually participate, make sense?
Ok, I know I've been saying this for a while, but I'll start it up tonight after the birthday party passes and actually calms down a bit. Well, I guess that's it for right now.

I like the idea of a contest, and of P-chan as co-captian. Sindar is a good idea, it'll be a family dynasty though (mwahahahah)...naw, just kidding.

Well, off on vacation until Saturday. I start work up again that night, but come Monday, the revamps will begin!! (P-chan, e-mail me...sindar is gonna be with me and I dunno who is gonna have e-mail)
