This campaign will begin as soon as four characters are submitted, and the maximum number of PCs to be accepted will be 8. As mentioned in the Character Sheets section, this campaign will take place in Greyhawk, better known as the 'default' campaign setting for D&D.

Prologue: The campaign begins onboard the Tauni, a sailing galley making a run from Port-of-Dawn to the city of Patreal bearing cargo and passengers. The fares are extremely cheap for passengers. This isin no small part because of the region of ocean-called the 'Witchsea'-and it's reputation. The ship became underway two days ago, and it is the evening of the third day.

Characters
Kyte-Gloshuan Ithilgalad-CG Elf Ranger
"Kyte is a tanned young elf who can blend into the shadows very well. Therefore, people might have to look twice before picking out details. Her hair is a silver/shadow mix color helping her to blend and disappear. It reaches to her knees and is most often in a braid to keep it out of her way, though one or two strands always seem to be in her face. Her eyes are also a silver color, but mix with blue rather than shadow. Kyte stands about 5'7'' and can be seen as a semi-muscular person, pulling her own wieght and sometimes part of others. "

Velris the Blade-Velris the Blade-NE Grey Elf Rogue
"Velris is tall for a gray elf, but is slight of build. His pale skin is for the most part hidden under his supple, black-dyed studded leather armor. His gloves are very thin to allow him as much manual dexterity as possible, and his soft-soled boots are made for stealth. His face is hidden under the cowl of his shadowy cloak, and even when the hood is down, his eyes are hidden behind dark-tinted goggles. The color of his eyes, if one has the opportunity to see them, is violet, a common color among gray elves who have pale golden hair. He, however, has greased, spiky hair that is pitch black in color, which might hint at human ancestors, but Velris doesn't dwell on that possibility much.

The most frightening part about Velris can be seen usually only on his face, but even more so if someone sees him without his armor on. His entire body is covered with horrendous scars, some from his time as a slave of Metral Arcturin, but even more that he inflicted upon himself. Velris is obsessed with pain, and it is like a drug to him. Thus, he sometimes takes whatever blade is handy and cuts himself somewhere on his body. The scars blend together in horrible patterns all over his body. "

Vladimir Schefft-Ironiiku-NE Human Sorceror
"Vladimir has no visible scars on his body. They seem to be on his soul, instead.
There is a small, black dot on his forhead (where his third eye should be), and it occasionally changes color with his mood.
A birthmark lays upon Vladimir's back (and although he doesn't notice), it sometimes changes shape and size, almost randomly.
Vladimir has two ear piercings in his right ear and one in his lip.
Vladimir's skin is a milky, almost eerie, white.
His hair usually looks black in dark areas, but in the sun, it looks almost like a smoldering fire. He usually never fixes his hair, so it seems to almost spike in the back while hanging haphazardly in the front.
Vladimir is about average height, almost looking taller since he never slouches, and always keeps his back straight (unless he curls into a fetal position while sleeping. And, yes, he sucks his thumb sometimes, too.)
Vladimir's eyes are almost as black as his pupils, but he has a dark grey in his iris. His eyes seem to show malicious intelligence when others look at them.
Vladimir appears underweight, not matching his pounds to his height. He doesn't care, though, since he likes the idea of being skinny, rather than fat (which he despises people of that sort.)
Vladimir is proud of his looks, and although his hair is unkempt, the rest of him is well primped and manicured, for he loves his beauty more than anything else. He is quite superficial and admires Elves (especially Drow) because of their grace and beauty, but despises Orcs (including Half-Orcs) because of their crudeness and rough appearance.
Vladimir's bat familiar is named Clydee (pronounced "Kl-ee-day"). Clydee is a diminutive bat with beady black eyes (a hint of intelligence), and a small, furry body. His snout is flat, and almost leaf-shaped. His wings are large, and they are black like most of his body, but with shades of red in it (just like Vladimir's hair.) His tail is tiny, and almost rat like, but shorter. And his fur is neatly groomed--neatly, lovingly, groomed."
