The due date that was my guess Dec 9th:
My actual due date the doc gave me today DEC 7th!!!!!!!!!!!!
Im SO excited and happy! Its even EARLIER than I had thought so w00w00tw00tw00t!!! All of my things are great, blood pressure is great, my iron is WAY up which is really good news because I was worried I might be tired due to low iron, my urine looks great, AND I HAVE LOST 2LBS!!!!!! Granted the doc doesnt want me to keep losing, but to me a couple pounds is awesome and makes me happy. If I had lost 20 or something I would worry about teh wee one. We heard the heartbeat for a split second then lost it, we couldnt find it again so OH DAMN we had to do an u/s!! ^___^ She said its a good big healthy looking baby. Strong little heartbeat and doing well.
To give a bit of background on the dates up there, my guess according to my fertility chart was Dec 9th. At my first apt we tried to get a measurement on the baby, but he/she wouldnt really cooperate and the measurement we got was putting my due date at Dec 14/15th. I never felt this was right because it meant I ovulated around the 22nd of March and I got my positive result March 31st. I decided to go for a test for down syndrome a couple weeks ago because it meant a free ultrasound!! At that apt they told me the baby was measuring a week ahead putting my due date at Dec 9th. I was stoked I was right!! BUT when I went to my doc's apt this last Thursday she said they wrote down the due date as Dec 7th and said to stick with that!! So we are!!! Hearing its even SOONER than I thought is the best news ever!! Im SO excited!
Time if FLYING though!!! I was exactly 14 weeks when I saw her Thurs and that meant she had to give me my referral for my big u/s at 18-20 weeks!!! eek I cant believe its coming up so quick!! Im not finding out the sex though, so its just an u/s to see the babe and make sure everything is ok. smile
Oh and Im already a bit overweight so thats why losing the 2lbs doesnt concern me. I lost at the beginning with Bobbi as well then later gained what I should. Im starting to show finally as well so Im getting pretty excited.
Is anyone else pregnant anymore or am I the only one? biggrin
