Hi all...this is sort of embarrasing for me to say but I feel like I have a big problem and I am not sure if it would be considered sexual misconduct.
Here it goes:
I...am a big yaoi fan and I have a HUGE collection of yaoi pictures. Would that still be considered porn? I know, some of you may be like "ewwww..pervert" or "you sex hungry monster" but thats what I am not and I think I do need adivce.
I am not sure about getting rid of them because they took me a long time to collect and now some of them are not even arent even around anymore or hard to find >_<" I have them saved on my email and such but I dont collect them for sexual desire though.
Yesterday I saw a new picture and I was like "who am I kidding...I like yaoi/shounen ai"
Would this still be sexual misconduct>
Please help heart
Before you go on judging...please know that I am a sentient being just like. I cry, I suffer, I sleep, I feel pain...just like you guys do,etc. So please try to keep that in mind.

Dont worry about yoai its not all bad and I dont think that you are perverted we all have out weeknesses. There are times that I like to look at some of the pics
As it says in your sig 'love is love'

im a bit of an artist and this kinda sounds (though by a stretch) like what i have to figure out
i find that unlike my other friends i dont find nude pictures to be pornographic, rather theyre lovely and innocently beautiful
by what the pic in you siggy says ("love is love")
you come off as liking them more for what they represent rather than as porn...
what do you feel about them?

I would say, according to my understanding, if you're using the yaoi solely for masturbating to, then it is sexual misconduct. However, if you collect it because you like to collect it, or because you enjoy the art, this is not sexual misconduct. However, depending on how far you go to obtain your collection, that may be considered attachment, though not sexual in nature.
