good.
do you know how to use you mod stuff. if not the button on top of the screen that says moderatior. click it and it gives you dirfferent things to do.
aka ban / invite people.
also you can create stickies and stuff plus delete posts

there is a button on the bottom of the post that says.. normal sitcky anouncement. click sticky
