As usual Rain's spirits were flying higher than the clouds. She kicked up her heels, sending grass and dirt through the air in a graceful arc and then tore of across the plainslands.
The day was warm, but not yet blistering hot, a few clouds puffed their way across the ample sky just to give the air a more homely feel. She simply loved to get out and escape from the trifles of life. Run endlessly into the horizon, travelling who knows where.
Little Creek was not with her today. He had gone back to their teepee with reasons he chose not to share. She thought nothing off it, but enjoyed her solitude far from her homeland.
