To the southern area of Fire country lies the country of Tea. Farther down south of the peninsula country is the military stand point of Tea: Hanagakure. The country is currently neutral. With their medical techniques however, they could be useful to assisting Konoha in the reconstruction.
They are willing to become an ally, though they are having some issues of their own with Water country. They fear that if they get involved in the war, it might cause severe casualties to their small sized army, easily leaving an opening for Water to attack. Nevertheless Hanagakure could prove to be quite useful in the war.

(Kajukiro)
Kajukiro began looking behind bushes as if he were looking for something. He was very careful so that his hat's blade wouldn't damage the shrubs' flowers. "come on out Phillip! Kusabana's worried!" Kajukiro shouted as he continued his search. On the way, Kajukiro passed by Hanagakure's training center, he used to train every day, before his last mission that is. "Darn it Phillip. Where are you? Kusabana's going to go balistic if I don't find you soon!" Kajukiro thought to himself as he looked behind another bush.

dunham (Kajukiro) Kajukiro began looking behind bushes as if he were looking for something. He was very careful so that his hat's blade wouldn't damage the shrubs' flowers. "come on out Phillip! Kusabana's worried!" Kajukiro shouted as he continued his search. On the way, Kajukiro passed by Hanagakure's training center, he used to train every day, before his last mission that is. " Darn it Phillip. Where are you? Kusabana's going to go balistic if I don't find you soon!" Kajukiro thought to himself as he looked behind another bush. ( Kusabana) Walking out of the slide doors from one of the Hanagakure's many large hospitals was a tall woman with a Tea headband over her eyes. She carried a large four bladed spear that was tied behind her back by her large bow. She held in her hand paper work that seem to tie with medical records and other important things that the government needed to veiw. Kusabana was her name and she seemed to have a stressed look on her face from doing work. She noticed Kajukiro who was one of her students pass by in a flash. Kusabana became happy out of nowhere and ran after Kajukiro. She hadn't seen her adopted daughter Phillip for a while since Kusabana worked many hours in the day from her stressful job. Though while running after her pupil she spotted a butterfly drifting away with the wind. She skipped after the bug yet then sighed and giggled at her self. "Silly Kusabana. I think Phillip is more important then some beautiful bug," Kusabana said to her self. She started to run towards Kajukiro once again to ask him of where her adorible Phillip might be. Kusabana ran up next to him and smiled. "Hey Kajukiro. Do you happen to know of where my darling daughter my be hmm?" Kusabana questioned Kajukiro.

(Ishi)
Ishi's green eyes squinted as he focused on a certain spot. His black ink stained lips formed a frustrated pout. Where on earth could she be? He sighed and rubbed his temples with his sleeve covered index fingers. If I were Phillip, where would I be? His tongue poked out the corner of his mouth as he racked his brain about the one named Phillip.
He glanced over in the direction of the flower field. Peeshaw, she can't stand the scent of flowers. He scurried in the direction of the hospital with a nervous smile. Maybe Kusabana wont be so stressed out today and have one of her "Phillip induced freak outs" like every other time he saw her. A sigh escaped his lips fallowed by a feminine groan. Why me? His gaze shifted to the heavens in an oddly dramatic way.

Kajukiro quickly turned and began looking in some dirt piles. Being vaery careful not to get dirty since he just had a shower before he started looking for Phillip. ( Kusabana) Kusabana let out a huge sigh and groan. She shook her head and looked down to the flowers on the ground with a face that would make anyones face feel sad for her. "Oh well it can't be helped. I don't have enough time for visiting any ways. I have to bring these papers to the government center." Kusabana adjusted her hair a bit and began walking in the opposite direction of the hospital. Walking through the path of flower made her happy and smell good like she always did. She loved looking at birds chirp and the the beautiful insects fly around pollinating the flowers. She held up the papers that she had in her hands to her face and began skimming though them. "Let's see from all of these medical reports I should be able to convince the rest of the council to banish that foul man for sure." While she was walking and reading though the flowers she looked up for a split second to see where she was walking and saw Ishi. She immediately reacted and rolled up the papers to then put then between her cleavage. She smiled at the boy and waved. Kusabana seemed to be hiding something from Ishi and she didn't want him to find out. Though she thought to herself while waving that maybe Ishi didn't notice her reading important documents.

Kajukiro continued searching dirt piles very carefully, he didn't want to get dirty. Kajukiro approached a pile of dirt that appeared like somebody had dug and buried themselves in there. Kajukiro leaned in closer to get a better search of it. Kajukiro suddenly backed away, phillip might have been in there and he knew how she always seemed to irritate him very much. Kajukiro looked behind him and saw another piler of dirt that seemed like somebody had dug themselves in it. "What's going on here? Which one is she in?" Kajukiro thought to himself as he looked back and forth between dirt piles.

[Pope] (Ishi) Ishi stopped infront of Kusabana with a nervous grin, "Good evening Lady Kusabana." He bowed to her quickly and flashed a peace sign under his over sized sleeves, "How are you today?" He rubbed his bare shoulder softly and tilted his head to the side making a pop sound with his neck. Sweat gathered on his temple hopping she wouldn't ask about Phillip. (Sorry its so short. I've been really stressed lately and I've been having massive head aches all day. Damn my brother for popping me one in the head. -Tear-) ( Kusabana) Kusabana waved her hand up and down in a gay like fashion to Ishi. [Pope] (Ishi) Ishi blushed a bright shade of pink through his ears. He fixed his ruffled hair and waved his sleave around, "I-I'll make sure to send her to you right away." He called to her with a smile. He shook his head a bit and rested his hand on his hip in a feminin way, "Now where to look for her." He rubbed the back of his ancle with his bare toes. He wiggled the them and looked to the right to see a confused Kajukiro. His face broke out in a grin and he began to run toward him, "Kajukiro-kun!" "Um, well, she's in a dirt pile and these two here look like somebody buried themselves in them." Kajukiro said pointing to the two dirt piles. "But she's got me stumped, I don't know which one she's in if she's in any of them...oh I know, mabey we can sniff out for Scooter, she always has him with her." Kajukiro said as he snapped his fingers at his idea.

Phillip ran her hands threw her newly cut hair. She laid up in the tree a few yards away from Kajukiro and Ishi. She petted the little skunk on her bare belly with a happy sigh. It was such a beautiful day, she really didn't feel like being bothered by anything at the momment. She looked over at Kajukiro and Ishi and laughed to her self, "A little dirt wont kill them." She rolled her body over slightly on the thin branch and tumbled over into a buch. She squealed landing on her back. She arched upward and gripped the back of her shirt with a cry of profanities best left unsaid. Scooter looked down at her and rolled his small red eyes. How sad.

[Pope] (Phillip/Scooter) Phillip ran her hands threw her newly cut hair. She laid up in the tree a few yards away from Kajukiro and Ishi. She petted the little skunk on her bare belly with a happy sigh. It was such a beautiful day, she really didn't feel like being bothered by anything at the momment. She looked over at Kajukiro and Ishi and laughed to her self, "A little dirt wont kill them." She rolled her body over slightly on the thin branch and tumbled over into a buch. How sad.(Kajukiro/Tatetorena/Hanahoka) Kajukiro heard somebody scream and went to check it out, leaving Ishi behind. Kajukiro spotted Phillip on the ground, sighed, and walked over to her. "There you are Phillip. Kusabana's worried about you, you shouldn't take off so much. People worry about you. You know?" Kajukiro said as he extended his had to help Phillip up. Tatetorena opened up his training center and waited for people to come by and train. Hanahoka was laying down behind him, snoring from the long walk he just had before Tatetorena, his owner, opened the training center. Tatetorena spotted Kajukiro with Phillip and tried to wave them toward him, he wanted to spar with Kajukiro.
