I personaly really like them. I think their new album is awesome. My favorite album by them is Like Gods of the Sun.

I haven't heard any of their stuff apart from knowing that they were the one of the big three of British doom that stayed the closest to their original style. I'm currently exploring Anathema and particularly right now Paradise Lost's journey from their original Doom/Death sound (and have already done so for Katatonia) so My Dying Bride will follow shortly I expect. They may end up losing me at least somewhere along the way (except Katatonia for now) but they are interesting bunches those Doom/Death bands. I wonder about all the different things they were listening to and what other influences and changes were happening to make each album so much different from the next.
