Well it was requested so i'm fullfilling it since i need to be more active here! If you have an audio or video file of yourself playing go ahead and post it here! It can be a hosted audio file or even a myspace page! i'll start with my bands myspace page. We're The Jazz Underground and we're a 17 piece jazzband.

Here is my page with any recordings I do. This one isn't very good-- I've got some technical problems and a few sour noted that detract from the solo.

My Tenor Sax Recordings!

Buy a cheap computer microphone (I think you can find them for like $15) and go to WIndows Movie Maker and go to the little microphone that says record narration. Record yourself playing, save it, and then upload it on put-file or some other site. (Thanks to Chocovash for telling me this!)

And here's some feedback.

Hornfreak: I like the band, nice and refined. Minor pitch differences between instruments some times. But I can't play anything on putfile... Dont' know why.

Eccojedi: I like! It's this music humor that would make the world a better place if everyone would take a sit and listen. Every once and awhile, there's minute problems here and there with time, but it's fine other than that.

Helios: You're on your way. Main suggestion: Take a step away from the mic. You get feedback. And I know technical problems, I had it on my bari recording of "Joy Spring". But when you're playing, I noticed the small quiver you get. It doesn't sound like vibrato, you may want to use more air... Or, if you're over-blowing as it is, go up in reed strength.

Sounds pretty good! I wish our drummer was as good as yours but of course ours is still in highschool <.<
