I ran a Wing RP on a friend's message board once. It was basically the same story as the series, but with a couple of changes: the main characters were a couple of years older, OZ had better trained men and better MS, and Dekim had a "B-team" of five Gundams that were sent a week after the originals in order to carry out his real Operation Meteor as well as retreiving the Gundams.

There were some interesting bits; one of the B-team pilots was a former member of Duo's street gang (admittedly partly inspired by Judau and the Shangrila kids in ZZ), and Relena, who was old enough to remember what Romafeller had done to her parents, ended up becoming possibly the first female Char Clone ever. XD

Well, I already run a UC Gundam Realism-sim and I'm working on another UC related roleplay. But I'd be more then happy to help someone start a Wing RPG, I just couldn't run it myself.

Hmm, Void, all those scenarios sound interesting. I use to be apart of a Wing RPG but it was mainly mission based. Like you could work for different factions and whatnot.

I was thinking that an interesting idea would for it to be about OZ, like, being an OZ soldier but I think the demographic for that is like, just me.

Well, there are a number of ways to go about it. There's not one set way to go about it. Like, for instance, if we started the Preventer group...We could make up a scenario and carry out missions. And you can roleplay with the other people at the base, or at different colonys in a non-battle type-scenario. But then there is the war side, where you might be fighting.

Or you could be an advocate of peace, like Relena and be a diplomat or something along those lines.

You could do it completely seperate from that and just make it not even concerning the Military. It could be about one Colony, and you could be defending it against rebels, or a band of evil mercenary or whatever you might have. You might be their security force, and you might only have a Leo or a Taurus suit.

There's lots of options. And you could market out into Barton Town on the main forums, and try and snag people there.

I am running a college one. what happens after endless waltz when the guys decide to go to college. I put myself in as part of the group being initiated after EW as a preventer wit hthe only active gundam still in existance as a tribute to the Mobile suits of the past.

Though as rarely as people have their RP characters die, I guess that's pretty cool.

I am a good rper. I could start one up with a characters thread and a main rp thread. I need more info on the Preventer Organization like goals, how it works, and how and why the pilots are sent out.
