Do you know how to level up faster? and does the soul trap and fortify attribute spell do the permanant fortify? AND HOW DO YOU MAKE SPELLS?
There are some easy ways to level up faster if you have some of the right major skills. If you have any major magicka skills beside destruction, you can easily level them up ten times for an easy level by just using a nonharmfull spell of that type on a gaurd or something. Also you can level up other attributes like armour if you have a good summon. First you summon the monster, then use a harmfull attack spell that does no dammage(like soul trap) 3 times. This will cause your summon to start attacking you. If you use your shild to block it's attacks your block will increase and if you just stand there taking hits with heavy or light armor they will level up. And all this time you can be casting restoration magic so that may level up too. It may take time, but it is much faster than just roming the land.
For your second question, soul trap traps the soul of the recently deceased in a soul gem and that much is perminent. When you use it to recharge a magical weapon it dissapears however. For the fortify spells i think that they only last for a specific amount of time shown at the top of your screen as a bar over the spells symbol.
As for making spells, you must make it into the arcane university by getting the recomendations from all the major towns Mages Guilds. Once inside their is a couryard that is inbetween the entrence and the back wall of the university. On that wall there are doors that lead to different parts of the university. What you have to do is find the shop that allows you to make spells. Just talk to the head honcho in each place till you find it becasue i don't remember the funked up name they gave the place. Their you wil find pedestool like things that can be activated and used to make your spells with effects you have already found.
