Hey kids. As some of you may have known, Green Day was on VH1 Storytellers last night. I was mean and I didn't tell you before hand because I didn't feel like it. Okay?

AW no! you're all going to make me cry! I had to miss it because my parents are sooo catholic that the only thing we could watch last night was news about the Popes death. i couldn't even tape it (had no clean tapes)! and it makes me feel worse that it was GOOD soo good. crying gonk crying gonk

I was in heaven while watching Storytellers. It was absolutely phenominal. I loved the part when Billie was talking about WMUWSE, and Mike butts in and says, "This is god! Don't talk about that song; this is god!" I laughed hysterically. And watching them do Homecoming was just breath taking.

As for re-runs, there'll probably be hour reruns throughout the week at various times. I watched one at four and they cut out Novacaine and Homecoming ._.

maybe i'll see it until they transmit it in mexico around one month....

I just watched it earlier today. (Viva la Tivo! ^_^)

It was incredible to watch. I could really sit still, especially during Holiday (my long-time favorite off that album). I wanted to sing and dance with a somehow angry joy, but my room's a mess and I have instruments strewed about.

One thing I found very moving about the performance was the conviction the band sung and played with. You could really see their emotions and passion pouring into it, and it conveyed each song's meaning so much more. It really astounded me. Even musicians who don't like Green Day should watch this for performance tips.

Two people from my school actually went to the performance, so I heard about it much earlier, but it was a better performance than I thought it would be.

I missed it ;____; I had plans and I forgot to record it.

While I was watching it, my dad then joined in to watch also (cause I guess he likes billie joe's guitar playing) and then i asked him randomly, "Do you find this quite interesting?" and then he said, "what?" and then I asked again and then he said kinda in strict way (cause it was late at night), "Yeah"
