"Come on Cellen! We're going to be late!" A yip resounded with a hint of annoyance as the young pup nipped on the tattered ear of the lazy, punk wolf. Cael had been waiting since the suns rays had first been casted to roam about by the ocean shorline, admiring the surf and, of course, playing a few games with Cellen and Rage.
Ever since the strange, brown wolf whose tongue was slick with a rather unique accent and his hide drapped with the angelic-bloody wing, the young pup had constantly found himself drawn to the newcomber and had begun looking up to him as an older brother. Cellen and Cael had, to say the least, become inseperable.
"Rage is probably already there!" He stammered as he shifted his paws anxiously within the sand, vibrant green eyes reflecting a yearning to finally depart back towards the beach.
A low rumble emitted from the chest of the brown wolf as his maw stretched open in a wide yawn. It was too early! His eyes lazily flickered open as he shifted his head to the side and swished his crimson hair away from his right eye. "Alright, alright, I'm up!" He mumbled as he staggered to his paws. Shaking off his fur as he sunk down to his stomach, forepaws stretching outwards as he loosened his stiff muscles and the aches, Cellen rolled his eyes and chuckled. "Let's not stir a kerfuffle, mate. Everyone else is probably asleep." He whispered in a softened tone as his cerulean orbs glanced 'round about. He still was rather unfamiliar with each packmembers sleeping habits and the "usual routine" of packlife but, so far, he was getting the hang of it. Or at least he believed so.
As his metal ridden ears flickered, the punk wolf grinned as he began stiff-leggedly padding towards the shoreline. "Comin' Cael?"
With ears perked upwards and a broad smile spread wide across his maw, the black and purple pup leapt in full bounding strides. "Hey! Cellen wait!" Laughing as his tail swayed merrily behind him, Cael romped aside his "older brother" and set his sights upon the shoreline.
It wasn't too far away but a good enough distance that would take several minutes to reach. If it wasn't for the sand that engulfed ones paws making it impossible to step through, the journey towards the shoreline would be fairly easy. But it was the heat and the unknown depths of the sands that always threw them off their balance and made the trek a bit tumultious.
Dragging and picking up his paws, Cellen gritted his teeth as the gritty, foreign texture seeped into his paws and matted within his fur. Oh, how he hated the sand! Yet it was the boundary that surrounded the ocean and he couldn't let that stop him!
As for Cael, he was merrily bounding aside the punk wolf with the same grin as he traversed through the sands. His green orbs wandered off into the distance and slowly trailed towards the right. His ears perked upwards as he looked upon two figures within the distance. As a passing breeze drifted a familiar scent, his tail swayed estatically. "I see Rage! She's over there!" He yipped with exhilaration as he began tumbling and leaping through the sands.
"Come on Cellen!"
While his mind was musing and rambling with thoughts and recolletions of what his tasks were for the day, Cellen had barely even paid attention to what the young pup had exclaimed. Glancing up as he caught sight of Cael running towards someplace with utter thrill, the brown wolf knitted his brows in confusion.
"Cael? Cael! Where are you-" his eyes trailed from the pup towards the distance where the two sillouhettes stood. Tilting his head slightly, Cellen began racing after the small pup. But the sudden chase had ceased as they came within several feet away from the scene.
The black and purple hued pup had abruptly yeilded in his steps as he looked upon Rage with a slightly horrifed expression. His body stiffened as his eyes looked upon his female friend and the strange blue wolf who stood in front of her, speaking and, what it appeared to be, preparing to take her away.
Away from him? Forever?
Turning abruptly around, Cael looked towards Cellen with a mortified look drawn upon his maw. "Who is that blue wolf? Why is he with Rage?" He whispered in a hoarse tone, ears falling back slightly as he glanced back towards the scene.
Cellen stood with his ears perked upwards and his curled tail swaying irritatedly behind him. Of what speech he had come across, he didn't like the looks of the situation before him. What did this strange newcomber want with Rage? And why was he intimidating her?
He did not like the looks of this at all.
"I don't know, mate. But we've better think quick or we might find out," he replied with the same whisper, his ears flickering with discomfort as he rumbled, small hackles sounding within his chest. "Stay back, Cael. If you have a chance to aid Rage, then take it."
Stepping forwards as his ears pinned back, the punk wolf approached behind the foreign wolf as deep, throat-hackles sounded in warning. He had never seen this wolf before and a strange, stomach-twisting sensation was knotting within him. Whatever would happen, he wouldn't let this stranger take Rage nor inflict any harm to her or Cael.
"Don't even think about layin' a paw on her," he snarled as his teeth bared, flashing in dire warning as his fur bristled upon his back. Standing with bold courage and steadfast, Cellen's cerulean orbs locked onto the strange wolf as he readied himself for whatever was to come.

The wind whipped down upon them all, swirling the sand and making dips into the golden grain under their paws. The water began to rise up and thrash aainst the pebbles and sand beneath teh waves as it crashed down, the signs of the tide rising.
Amber eyes looked upwards from her paws as Rage saw Cael coming this way, and another wolf...oh no. Peering upwards she saw Arguin glance at them with his slate gray eyes, he seemed agitated...different. Rage went to call out to Cael but Arguin's voice cut her off, "You stay silent if you don't want harm to come to them..." she felt frozen by his voice, his words...would he really hurt them? If he did...it would be her fault...all her fault.
She stayed curled up as she felt a chill surround her body, the water was rising higher now, she felt her fur move back and forth with the push and pulls of the waves behind her that seemed to be fast approaching. She ducked her head down with ehr forearms again, not wanting to look up, she felt worried, and ashamed for herself wandering alone, perhaps if she was with someone, he wouldn't have found her.
Arguin smirked as Cael and Cellen approached,"A pup and a mutt...how curious..." he mused within his mind, his feather swaying with the current of the wind.
"Problem?" Arguin asked innocently. Though the look in his eyes when he turned to face Cellen was that of deceit and deception. Arguin shifted his body so that he was standing strong, and still blocking off Rage from both wolves, "I do believe your interupting something...now run along...I have affairs to deal with..." his voice stated, a sickeningly sweet tone.
The fur on the back of Arguin's neck bristled up and he began to bare his fangs a bit, anger and frustration in his eyes, "You have no purpose here...you don't belong here..."
His eyes glanced at Rage, and for a split second she thought he was directing the statment to her, which made her stomach sink lower, the feeling eating away at her, what was going to happen, she didn't want to go, she didn't want to leave. This was her home now! How could he do this? He was supposed to be a great legend...he was supposed to be-
Thats when it hit her. The stories...the two sides of Arguin, the light and the dark. Her body began to tremble slightly, though she couldn't tell if it was because of fear or the cold water. Arguin seemed strong, but so did this other wolf Cael was with, but she didn't want either of them hurt, not on her account. But Phib...Phib could drive him away couldn't he? He was the alpha, Arguin was an intruder. He could make him go away, couldn't he.
But there lay the problem, Rage hadn't seen Phib or Amelie for a little bit. She didn't know where they traveled during the day, or where they slept during the day. She could barely remember which way their den was. But she wondered if Amelie could hear her...know where she was. If she'd come...if Phib would come and make him go away...Rage wanted to wake up from this nightmare...
"Amelie please...make him go away!"
Slate eyes watched these newcomers, a mutt and a pup...a small pup at that. Though this pup seemed to know Rage...interesting, perhaps he could use this to his advantage if the time called for it, but Arguin hoped for the fact he could get what he needed and leave. So again his voice growled out, "Leave."

Metal ridden and tattered ears pinned back, folding against his skull as lips pulled back displaying his fangs. The one before him, that strange blue wolf, was a shadey character and for him to think that Cellen would depart with his tail between his legs was absurd! The punk wolf wasn't going to back down so easily...no- he'd fight! Whatever the cost to get Rage away from that manky wolf, Cellen would see to it that he would go to any lengths.
He wasn't going to stand down.
"When you're dealing with a packmember then it becomes my affair," he spat as his cocked his head to the side, cerulean orbs becoming icy and cold as he stepped forwards. A rather amused chuckle sounded from the depths of the brown wolfs throat as he began padding stiff-leggedly to the side.
"Protecting the pack is my purpose! Blood and Sand! You'd best leg it and leave the pup alone, mate, or you'll be dealin' with a miffed blood bath!"
His wolfish veins coursed with newfound adrenaline; surging and wallowing within his blood as his muscles tensed, each step, each movement was being meditated and accounted for what to expect and what to anticipate. He wasn't knew to the sport of fighting, no- Cellen knew all too well of how to execute tactical manuvers and how to deal a powerful, thrasing blows that would cause an opponent to wallow in shambles. Though he had repressed such desires and had skived the motives before (nor had he really even told anyone of his "blackened" background") now was the time.
From the sidelines as the tensions rose between the foreign wolf and Cellen, Cael kept his green eyes upon Rage as a soft whine cried out from his chest. He wanted to be with her! But, by the looks of it, the opposing male was blocking any means or way of reaching her. His ears fell back as his tail curled underneath his legs. He was trying to be brave but it was hard to conjure his courage. It felt as if his whole body was being restraint; emotions surging and swallowing him as he watched helplessly, watching as she remained intimidated and...afraid. What did the wolf want with her? Cellen had to do something! Anything! He could save Rage, couldn't he?
If anyone could...Cellen can, he thought as he glanced towards the large, brown wolf.
The strange, accented wolf had always stood side by side the young pup as both shared a brotherly bond. Cellen had come to know all too well of how much Rage ment to him and how deeply rooted their friendship was. Cael held faith and true to the belief that the punk wolf wouldn't back down. As the head guard of Phibs' pack, Cellen would be held accountable to the safety of every wolf.
And now, it was time for the young adult to defend a fellow packmember; to rescue Rage from the aggro wolf.
As his ears drew upwards, Cael peered back towards Rage with softened eyes. "Rage!" He howled somewhat in a small chorus, crying in sympathy and determination in letting her know that he was here; that she wasn't alone in this confrentation.
With his tail arching behind him, bristled and feathered as he lowere his head and casted out hackles with a malignant, twisted smile of his own, Cellen sneered. "And miss the fun of [brawlin' with a hacky wolf? Come on hard-a**! You want a hardcore challenge? Then come on! I'll give you a hit for six!"

Arguin grinned and was currently loving the situation at hand. Though this other brown wolf thought otherwise, Arguin had something he didn't... But the blue pelted wolf noticed the strange markings upon the brown wolf, wings blooded on his back...interesting...
His words were harsh, he seemed so confident, "But he doesn't realize a thing" Arguin mused in his mind as he switched his position, practically pushing Rage farther into the cold water. The pup seemed to have a liking for Rage...poor soul, if the child only knew what Rage was to become...pity. But this gave Arguin an advantage, "So confident and reckless you seem mutt..." noticing the curled tail, "You may have brute strength and intelligence such as I have as well, but I have acquired something you don't have..."
Arguin grinned in Cael's direction, he seemed like a demon on earth with his smile, as Arguin took a step back, his paws almost brushing up against Rage's side as she flinched and curled up as much as possible, shaking now, she was afraid, "I have the only bargaining chip here...if you don't want her to be hurt... I expect you to take a step back sir..."
Her body was shaking, and her heart was aching now, beating rapidly and unsteadily, it made it hard for her to take deep breaths, she felt like she was drifting away from reality and had fallen into a nightmare...a nightmare she so desperately wanted to wake up from.
How could she tell Cael who this wolf was, and the other wolf that stood alongside Cael...he wouldn't understand at first would he? But she could try. She raised her head just enough to peer over her forearms, "Cae-" "Silence!" his voice tore through her as she nestled her head back down, staring up at cold slate eyes that seemed to pierce her being. "If you don't want anything to happen to your friend...I advise you to keep quiet...and do what I say...understand?" She didn't answer, she was trying to not hear him, "DO YOU!?" she whimpered and flinched at the harsh tone of his voice. How could she get away from this...away from him. She was practically sinking into the ocean as it was.
Soon it seemed it would be time to reveal to Rage what she was, but how, and how to make it seem like a sin and a disease to these others so that they would leave him be to his affairs...Arguin needed to acquire the possession of Rage...he then thought of an idea...to make her feel as she wasn't welcome...that she would hurt them all..yes...if he had to, Arguin would say it...
"See what you've done...got yourself in a corner I see...why can't you just accept it and listen!?" that voice again...not now, please not now.
"Please....someone...make it all go away please..." she cried in her mind, she didn't see a way out of this, and the voice that spoke to her she was still confused by...she didn't believe the words...she didn't trust them. She did not even know what it was!

Cellen gritted his teeth and snarled wickedly as he watched helplessly, given warning that he was to take another step, as the opposing wolf stepped backwards as he was driving Rage into the oceans frigid waters. As the orders were belted out, the brown wolf hackled and took a step backwards.
Obeying the given command, the punk wolf hackled and took a step back. Physically and mentally, Cellen had the upper hand when it came to brute strength but, with the twisted wolf using Rage to manipulate the scales he was ultimately powerless until a chance or change in adavantages would weigh in his favor.
His lips pulled back from his fangs as he lowered his head and shifted his body into an offensive, forward position. "A mutt?" He chuckled as he threw his head to the side, crimson hair draping over his right eye as he blatantly glared into the eyes of the blue wolf. "I may be a 'mutt' but I'm more of a wolf then you could ever amount to, you twisted, hatstand b*****d."
Watching the scene unfold to a hostage situation, Cael cringed and wuffed low as he froze in place; ceasing the urge to run to his dearest friend and be by her side. Vibrant green eyes casted over with a dull appearance as he drew his vision from the black female and found them to be looking into the cold, slate eyes of the blue wolf.
He could feel an uneasy, sick feeling churn within his stomach as he peered into the unforgiving, savage eyes of the wolf before him. How he wanted to leap and fight! But he was only a pup...and he would have to leave the fighting to Cellen. Pinning back his black ears, Cael growled and swept his tail upwards in a furling banner, bristled and somewhat feathered outwards as he replicated the same cold, stare.
"You'll pay..." he muttered as he continued staring into the heartless eyes of the wolf. "One day, you'll pay."
Directing his orbs back towards Cellen with a frustrated and worriedsome expression, Cael bit his lower lip and flattened his ears slightly against his skull. "We have to do something! We can't let her drown!" The young pup begged as his eyes could only convey his heartache in a silent motion towards his "older brother".
As the screams and bellowings towards Rage erupted from the blue wolf, Cellen bared his teeth and shook his head. This was not right! If anything it was a sick cruelty tactic that the opposing wolf was using against them. His focus upon the two was broken as Cael spoke up, his words lathered with remorse and troublesome grief. Furrowing his brows slightly, the brown wolf glanced towards the young pup with an expression twisted in anger and despair.
"We can't! We have to abide by his rules or he'll kill her!" He hoarsely spoke as he glimpsed back towards the scene for a few moments. Intaking his thoughts and snorting a sharp breath, Cellen pressed his tongue against his teeth as his metal ridden ears flickered.
When I get the chance, I'm going for his throat and make that lurgy, mazed wolf plead for mercy. He scorned silently as he focused his attention back towards the foreign wolf.
"Bloody hell! What do you want with her!" He bellowed as his whole composure shifted into one that was unruly and- to say the least, angsty.

Ears flicked forward as both Arguin and Rage heard the faint voice whisper in the wind, Rage sighed a bit in relief, so Amelie had heard her...thank god. But Rage was also worried, but other kind of trick Arguin would play against Amelie perhaps...no...he just couldn't....could he?
Arguin smirked at Cellen, that boy was learning his place...and learning though brute strength can be strong, a cunning mind could easily over-power others. "Good dog...now stay." he grinned, Cellen was head strong, talked dirty, but Arguin could still mess with the boy and pup's mind even without his gifts that he had lost.
Slate eyes turned to Cael as a chuckle escaped the blue-pelted wolf's throat, "Funny remark child...quite..." though Arguin did not doubt one day the child would grow strong one day, perhaps then he'd have to watch his back, but not now, not with this mutt.
But that voice that had whispered in the wind made Arguin a bit worried he admitted to himself, who else was coming? Why couldn't he just pick Rage up and leave without anyone noticing she was gone. Though, Arguin did want to answer Cellen's question...but just as he was to speak, another shadow was approaching...a rather large one too...he wondered if it was the alpha.
Rage turned her head and saw someone else coming...Phib! She quickly stood up and tried to make a run for it, but Arguin placed his leg in front of her and pushed her back, the water now touching her belly. Her ears flattened against her skull, she was trapped, how could she get out of this...
"Do what I say..." "no" "Why won't you just listen...I can help you..." "no you can't go away!"
As the shadowed figure approached Arguin saw that it was a rather large black wolf with piercing eyes, and several scars, that probably meant he had been injured in battle...or something. This wolf's statement made Arguin laugh... "It depends...what kind of wolf would try to make trouble with me?" he asked right back at the black wolf, then Arguin turned to Cellen, making sure his voice could be heard by Rage.
"I need her for reasons unknown to you...besides...she doesn't belong here..." Rage sunk back down, her eyes fell to the water, her vision seeing the marks on her pelt...no...not again...not like Cronos...why was this happening. She wanted to be normal...to fit in..she just wanted a home...she felt like breaking down as her heart pained her with every beat. She felt like she was becoming numb to the world...like she was fading away...she couldn't take this anymore...
"Then listen to what I have to say..." "No...please stop...Amelie...make it stop...."
"She is a sin born to this earth and she needs to go back to where she belongs...you don't know what she is to become..." Arguin said to Cellen, this new wolf, the child and Rage...he hoped they would leave him to his affairs now. He'd have to be back quickly before...before he came...

Hackling as his grows drew more persistant, Cellen could feel his entire body feeling as if his fury was making it convulse in a minor way; muscles twitching as he witheld yearning to lunge at the wolfs throat, lodging his fangs to piece and gnash upon the blue wolfs neck and slitting it open, tasting the bitter sweet liquid to ooze within his mouth and its warmth to soothe the raging beast within him.
But he would have to contain these desires...
His thoughts suddenly diverted and lost its presistance as a familiar, deep voice broke through the chaos. Perking his ears upwards as his jaw slackened with curiosity, Cellen's cerulean orbs trailed to where the two newcombers to the scene stood. A sigh of relief escaped from his maw as a smirk curled about his maw. It was Phib and Amelie!
As his eyes darted from the Alpha back towards Arguin with a malignant grin, he lowered his head in respect to both Phib and Amelie. "Ah, Marras'! Phib! Amelie! It's rather blinding that you're here! And just in time," he remarked with a nonchalant smile. "We seem to be in a bit of a beastly situation. That manky, hacky wolf is talkin' nothing but blag and is gonna kill Cael's bezzy mate!" He informed as he glanced back in the direction of Rage and the blue toned wolf; icy, cerulean eyes a blaze with a gleam of spite abiding within them.
Shifting himself as he could feel some strange and foreign sensation within him building up within him, Cael hackled as he flashed his teeth. "You won't think it's so funny when my jaws one day will be wrapped around your neck," he spat as his ears flickered. But, a few moments after, he blinked a few times and stood silent.
What- what was happening to him? Did he really say that? Shaking his head as a newfound sensation was unleashed within him, Cael stood aside Cellen as they kept their orbs locked upon the heartless wolf and his captive.
Cellen gritted his teeth and stifled a growl as he watched Arguin block Rage's attempt to flee towards Phib, sentencing her to wade chest deep within the oceans depths. Thrashing his head around as his crimson hair furled about in a jagged array, the brown wolf rumbled with aggitation as the blag began spilling for the from the villanious wolfs maw.
A sin?
The hackles that he had attempted to withold broke loose once again, resounding with greath vigor and depth as he shot a fierce glare in the direction of Arugin.
"No wolf is born a sin!" He snapped as his tail arched up higher, its curl tightening as it wafted within the air. "It's only through the eyes of others that the blag transforms into bloody barmy!" Breaching upwards as he staggerd upon his hind legs, Cellen came crashing down back onto all fours as he threw his shoulders down, centering himself with Arguin as his posture was taunt; ready to send the punk into leaping strides with outstretched claws and awaiting fangs.
"You speak of sins as if they were delicate and saturated by hell But you know nothing of what "sins" are!"

This was beginning to get out of hand, this black wolf was obviously the alpha of these lands...s**t. He should've just picked her up and ran off, the words of Cellen and Phib were bothering him, the child too. If only they knew, if only,
"Sins can be anything my friend..." directed towards Cellen, his voice with agitation. "None of you know what was thought of as a sin in her home....our home, so how could either of you possibly understand?" Traditions were different in different packs, valleys and areas, why did they seem to be so blind.
Unknown to everyone at the scene though, an internal battle was raging with Arguin, two wolves chained in one, one breaking free from the darkness, the other, imprisoned in the chains of light that bound him to his soul. The image of another wolf yet appeared in Arguin's mind, gray it was...neither side of his mind or heart, a leech that had gave his darker disease power...cold white eyes...and markings of black painting the gray pelt with sin. Growl omitted from both side, both wolves chained in mind, as the darker half was slowly breaking free, the light, trying to suppress him...but failing miserably."I don't mean to do this..." "Silence."
Rage was practically sinking in the water, trying to stand on the stones beneath her paws made them slip, she desperately clawed at the stones ahead of her but she could feel herself begin to drift. Amelie voice touched her mind, her heartbeat calmed somewhat, but the feeling within her was growing...she did not know what it was.
"Listen to me..." "No." "I'm not here to hurt you...to hurt her..." it spoke to Amelie, the voice confused Rage, more so then before. She felt a hate towards Arguin, speaking so lowly to Phib and Cael like they were nothing...if only she was bigger...if only she was stronger...
...if only she had control...
Arguin continued his onslaught of trying to knock sense into these two, Phib indeed seem to know a lot more than Arguin realized...perhaps he should pick the child up within his maw...then what could they do? Nothing. They would end up harming Rage in their attempt to save her and get to his throat. He smirked and looked at the wolves before him, still shielding Rage away from them, did they really think he would kill her? Pity, if only they knew the truth...
"Do you really want to know why she is a sin? Why she ran away to this area... do you know the true story?" he peered towards Rage who know had a horrified look on her face...no, he couldn't...please no, "Or has she forgotten to tell the truth?"
Perfect, he could tell them the truth behind this child, her sins..what she was to become and everything all at once.

“Sins are forged by fears,” Cellen snapped as he bared his teeth, flashing them threateningly as his metal ridden ears pinned back, “fears against those who stir up aggro or are seen as barmy. It doesn’t matter what the sin is because, in the end, it’s all horlicks of cheeky blag.” His curled tail arched higher, its bristled fur standing on end as the situation was giving birth to a far greater fury that he had never been a host to. The feeling- this anger that was wildly enveloping his whole being was a sensation he had never bore witness to.
A low, hackling rumble emitted from his chest as his cerulean orbs narrowed towards Arguin. “You’re making one hell of a howler thinkin’ I don’t know what sins are.”
His reasons of knowledge and testament against sins and the hardships of trials and tribulations kept sealed within his lips; the truth remaining hidden as Cellen did not wish to divulge such horrific experiences to this manky, cold hearted villain nor to Phib. When his troublesome heart’s burden were light and his soul’s remorse had been swept away from his constant thought, the young punk would be ready to speak of what he knew. No one had to know nor did they have to understand what he did and why. This was a secret he intended to keep away from the listening ears of others.
For a moment, Cael’s eyes drew slowly towards Cellen as a slightly questionable expression drew upon his maw. What was he speaking of? The young pup tilted his head and wuffed low as his small, black lathered tail thumped upon the sand. Perhaps this was something he was not meant to discover. But, hopefully, he could find a way to comfort his older friend.
Green eyes suddenly darted towards the black she-wolf as her struggle within the wakes of the sea became too tumultuous. Watching Rage struggle to find a suitable grip upon the slick, ocean rocks made his heart ache! How he wanted to be at her side! But he couldn’t least he wanted to witness the death of his best friend and that was something he would not risk.
“Rage,” he whispered softly, a low whine drawing out from his maw as he kept his orbs settled upon her. “I’ll free you….somehow.”
The ears of the brown wolf perked upwards as he paced forward a step or two. “You’re doing a brill job of making me gutted and this kerfuffle you’ve begun is a real knock up to the brute strength. But trying to sway a mates hardcore decision is nothin’ but senseless rubbish and you’re attempt is nothing but an attempt at makin’ a row.”
“You’re nothing’ but a hacky, half-sharp wolf whose goin’ to the dogs.”
