Who here enjoyed the storyline? I did, although it's still unresolved...
Does anybody have any theroies to what the results will be?
I say that nobody will die, but the Von Helson twins will now be poor (prehaps reduced to shop keepers?) and Gambino will go back to being regular ol' Gambino.
I also think it would be hilarious if there was a follow up manga where the Twins wake up in the rubble only to find that Gino (who was on top of the tower) fell on top of them too and is unconcious in one of the twin's boobies.
As for the assassin, I think it's labtech X smile

From all the theories I've seen it seems right now that it's a genuine Kennedy magic bullet situation (/Boondock Saints reference). Only the magic bullet is able to go way further than it should, maybe because the sniper used a special model rifle. (One from G Corp perhaps?) But I think that Gambino will be just dandy because of the fact that he is so awesome. And because if he does survive, I will be able to add the Gambino quickening pic to my random sig. 9.9 The twins, I think they'll first be complaining about how dusty their clothes are. Then they'll freak about their mansion being destroyed. It would be cute though to see a continuation where Gino is unconsious in one of their breasts. xd
The only reasonable ideas for the assassin's identity so far that I've heard would be Labtech X or Cindy who had a way better vantage point than the tech had. But from what I've seen, Gambino definately got hit in the lower left absomen, possibly while hugging Gino as it looks like you can see Gino's leg in the comic right after the shot is fired and Gambino is hunched over. I really am almost afraid to see it end because I'm a whore for mysteries.

First off the bat... well, for my post in this thread, is the assassin theory. Now, the assassin fired the shot from Durem, which leads on to suspect that he (or she) was a native of Durem. Or... had been there recently.
At least three members of the Durem community had a grudge against Gambino. Two (the Von Helsons) are the obvious ones, but atm the Anniversary Ball, the third was revealed.
... Moira.
Gambino hadn't given his consent to open a stor on his island, and so she was forced to move away from her friends and loved ones. She had a grudge of the heart to settle with Gambino, and so she's the prime suspect in my mind.
More to come later, when I have the time to post. It's friggin' 11 pm here... gonk

I can only guess Labtech X as well, since he was lurking around all creepy like at the 2nd ball. I'm a little sad that nothing Grunny related happened during easter though, as his shouting had lead me to believe sad And yeah, I really doubt they'd kill off the NPCs. Especially the sisters, who've hardly been here that long.

Well the dust has cleared and the outcome of the tower's collapse is rather amusing. Now we just need to know what's actually become of the Gambinos and the Von Helsons.

If you really want to know, it'd be best ot go to this sticky from Gaia Community to see details from all of the events from Gaia... like the Von Helson vs Gambino plot. Alternatively... Go to Durem, click on the helicopter, and follow the story. Though that's only the most recent part.
