Anyone remember a funny moment that occured while duking it out in a level?
Mine is that I was playing the Onett Level. There's a wandering Bob-Omb on one of the rooftops. A car comes past, hits someone, causing them to flying to the opposite building, off the wall, and right into the Bob-Omb, sending him the OTHER way and off the arena.

my friend fell through brinstar depth once at a tournament he stll won though which is funnier

event match 50-- Ganondorf is flying into the background, with only a few seconds left on the clock. Just as he's about to flash into a star announcing his death, then a wandering bob-omb touches me blasting me off screen. I die, losing the match.

Best glitch EVER. XD
I was watching my brother play a match against someone. He was playing Ice Climbers, while the other guy was playing Dr. Mario.
Anyways, they were both down to one stock each, and my brother used the one move that traps your opponant in a block of ice (unfamiliar w/ Ice Climbers' moves). But instead of breaking, Doc just stayed trapped in the block of ice and it started floating in circles around the stage. My brother kept smashing Doc, and he'd make the sound as if he were dying, but the block just kept floating. Finally, when Doc was up to 999%, the guy playing him just set the controller down on the floor, laced his fingers behind his head, and said "You know what's funny? I'm not even touching the controller and you STILL can't beat me."
Oh, and one guy I play against often grunts really loudly when he smashes. That's always funny.

I just remembered another.
One time I decided to play only Pokeballs, on Very high. At one point, a Ho-oh, was released, and as it was getting ready to fire from the background, an Entei was released AT THE SAME SPOT HO-OH WAS!
And yes, someone got caught in both attacks at once. mrgreen
but it wasn't me. razz

in sudden death on kirbys level (not the old one)my bro(he is older) us a smash attack on me and i fly up but i hit a block when it was comeing down so i came bac and i hit him comeing down and won mrgreen i laughed my a** off my bro was like WTF it was just awsome mrgreen mrgreen

In stamina mode, I was using Link, and my opponent used Fox. When Fox shot me, Link died in slow motion with this strange sound. blaugh That was hilarious, but it was even funnier when Fox did his taunt in slow motion in the end. rofl

When my brother and I were facing and I was mario and he was Dr. mario.We kept on using the smash attack like 40 times at the same time when I used a run down A attack and he smashed me off the screen.

this one's hilarious.
Play Giant Melee with Super Mushrooms only. Have one character be Peach and constantly use her B attack, especially when she collects a mushroom. Have someone else hit Toad.
BOOOM! Giant Lackey! lol
Another funny one, again as Peach, is have her hold onto a turnip when she's giant/super giant and wait for the effect to wear off.
Now that's a lotta viatmins!

yeah well some back ground information, i always play as falco, i know every one of his moves, im hard to beat. well at one point i was at my favriot lvl , cornaria , and so i was playing a new player and so we had 6 lives each. well i thought it would be funny to jump off onto the guns of the ship right, well so i jumped and falco does a skydive like thing with the arms and the yeah, well so i jump off and i say " watch this" all high and mighty and then when i land on the guns the fire off and shoot my across the arena. it was definetly funny in my oppionion.

Here's one for you:
I was in a free-for-all match with two of my friends (at the old N64 Green Greens stage on SSBM) . One was Falco, another was Dr. Mario, and I was Kirby. Now the one who was playing Falco was really good, and still had three lives left while my other friend and me only had one left. Not wanting to be the first to loose, I stood at the edge of the stage and waited for my tied-for-last opponent to come close enough to me so I could grab him. I did, and we both took a nose-dive into oblivion. blaugh
Needless to say, they were both pretty mad. One for having his last life taken so easily, the other for not being able to finish either of us off. whee

i was mewtwo, and my friend was dr. mario, and then we stood face to face, and it looked as if dr. mario and mewtwo were kissing!

I keep remembering funny moments.
The best one, by far, is to have either a Hammer or Venusaur in the cave area of Hyrule Temple, and hit someone into the ceiling, falling back down on the ground.
And again. And again. And again. And again. And again... rofl
