Yesturday when i was running my 5th lap, the part of my body where i usually get cramps started hurtting. I know i'm near my period because my breasts and nipples were hurtting a week or less ago. However, i'm not on my period and i'm worried there is something wrong.

I occasionally get cramps a day or two before my period. I'd get it checked out, but I wouldn't panic. It might just be premenstrual cramps, if such a thing exists... O.o
Maybe someone else has a better answer.

Maybe pre-period cramps? I think I remember having something similar happen to me when I was younger.
However if you're worried, go see a doctor and ask. smile They'd know better than we would.

It could be a plethora of things. Is this your normal workout regime? Were you properly hydrated? Only a doctor can really help you with this.

This will occassionally happen to me as well. I think that all it is is a matter of digestion. I mean, if I start running when I have to take a poop, I cramp like mad. >_<
