I like the idea of a woman in Ye Olden Dresse with dredlocks. It... fits, strangely. The image isn't colored very well, but I suspect it wasn't supposed to be. She's got a long face, and her features are oddly misaligned

It took me a moment to notice, though, so I don't think it's something that's going to leap right off the page at people. Overall, I like it for what it is.

The vector image, seriously, I don't think you're going to get a very good grade on it, unless it's for English or something. There's a gap between the hair and the face where you left a white spot, but it's more that it's very obviously a "last gasp attempt". It seems lazy. I also wouldn't have put in the text at the bottom left corner, it doesn't fit with therest of the image. I do like how you wrote "CHAOS THEORY", though. Is that what the assignment was on, or was this an art-oriented thing?

Yeah, that white spot between his hair and face really sticks out to me. And the lack of colours. It's a little too solid for me. A bit of shading (vector-y shading...) would make it look a bit less half-assed.

That tiny font in the corner bothers me as well. It'd be nice if you could've created it yourself, like the words in the world bubble. Except smaller and perhaps a lighter colour as to not distract from the actual image.

And the first picture... I don't really like all those little lines on her face. They look like little scribbles that someone would accidently do, rather than scars... if they are scars, I'm still not sure. Icono already pointed out the wonkyness of her facial structure, so I won't go there. I do enjoy the subdued colours you used, however.
