Mkay, so I'm playing this game in another HP guild I'm in.
How does it work?
The game will determine the ultimate Harry Potter fan in this guild. I'll ask the first question. Whoever is first to answer, wins the title of Ultimate Fan. Everyone else may then ask that person questions (one at a time). Whoever is able to stump the Ultimate Fan takes the title. You win the ultimate title when you answer 15 questions in a row without being stumped, and then a new game will start, which you will run.
Get it, got it, good?

Rules
-if the game has already started, but you want in, simply jump in with a question for our ultimate fan
-ONLY the ultimate fan can answer questions
-everyone else asks questions to the ultimate fan to try to stump them
-one question per post
-you cannot ask a new question until the Ultimate Fan has answered any previous questions asked by you
-If you are running the game, you cannot ask questions (besides the first question) or be the Ultimate Fan at any time
-nothing rediculous, such as "What is the 46th word on the 244 page of OOTP?"
-Questions do not need to be about the book, they can be about things relevent to the book that is not mentioned in a book, but is mentnioned in an interview/online source, or they can be about the movies
-nothing about a book/movie not yet written/made
-questions must be Harry Potter relevent
-If the relevence/fairness of a question is disputed, the person running the current game has final say
-play fair and have fun

The only thing I have been able to find is that the judges for the Triwizard cup were from every school and that was in Hogwarts, A History. Though I don't think that is the answer.
