I think we've all had plenty of time to comment and say the same thing.
And maybe we're all happy enough to not stretch the page next time too.
OMFG I'M GOING TO COMMENT WITHOUT JUST DROPPING A WITTY ONE LINER.
I can't think of any religion that promises that god will do what you want as long as you ask him nicely to. Even when I believed, I know neither I nor any of my friends would have tried this. It just, I don't know. That's something I can't really comprehend. Even if you believe and have very strong faith, I can't see why it'd push you that far. If you aren't supposed to be able to comprehend God's plan, what he wants for you, etc, then maybe somehow that's part of his grand plan. At least if you had to justify it, I guess that's how.
If they hadn't died, I don't see how it could have proved anything either.

I thought that the Bible did say somewhere that if you were a true believer, you could handle snakes without fear and lions' jaws would be held shut.
But it just goes to show that people who take the Bible too literally may not be that bright to begin with.
