Wow, isn't Craig just the most popular star? It seems he has to be in everything! whee heart
Yes, Craig has been in The Games. It's coming to an end -- unless it's already over -- and from what I watched, he won the Sumo competition! X3
He's also been suffering some neck problems, bless him.
Oh - Rumours say he's appearing in Eastenders, too. O_O

Well, everybody loves Craig! I know I do! Eastenders? Hmm... well, I don't watch it, but if he was to appear in an episode I'd grit my teeth and bear it just to see him... just as I forced myself to sit through an episode of The Generation Game just to see Danny dancing. I love his dancing, it's so brilliant!
Though, for most of the years that I've watched RD (so from when I was about 3) I've found in myself a HUGELY deep affection for Chris Barrie... heart Lol! sweatdrop

... Did you know that Chris wanted to play Lister? surprised YES!!! Of course I have, lol! I love it! He's even more of a smeghead in that than he is in RD! Did he? Wow, I didn't know that... hmmm, I just can't imagine anyone but Craig playing Lister though. On the other hand, I can't imagine anyone but Chris playing Rimmer!

Oh - Rumours say he's appearing in Eastenders, too. O_O craig came 4th out of 5 iv been watching every episode and he did well.... untill he fell over and was dragged over a jump on the skiing sweatdrop anyway craig isnt just appearing in eastenders, hes gunna be a whole new plot character!

I saw a couple of episodes of The Games but found it too boring to watch most of the time (sorry Craig!) The waterskiing made me wince though. That had to hurt sweatdrop

You know the characters I like? Paul in emmerdale (which is incidently filmed, or was filmed in my general area-ish) and Sean from coronation street. whee

I'm not sure if this is related but the official RD site has an article up about Craig appearing in Coronation Street. I'll post it below...
"As rumoured all over the place, and now confirmed by Coronation Street's publicity department, Craig Charles will be joining the show's regular cast for filming very shortly, on a three-month initial contract.
His arrival - which will hit ITV1 in June of this year - will be as new character Lloyd Bowen, who's apparently going to buy a half-share in the local cab firm Street Cars from series regular Dev. This puts him in business with Steve McDonald. And if it sounds like we're just reading this off a press release, well, tough. The last time we saw Coronation Street, Ken Barlow was one of the most dynamic and interesting characters in British drama. Probably.
We'll have more on Craig's involvement closer to the time; for now, we hope you've been seeing him in The Games - puking in the street, smoking instead of swimming, skiving training and buying his very own boat. Not much of a work ethic, but you can't knock the entertainment value. (Though the highlight for us so far has been Mel Giedroyc, who's proved to be both hilarious and utterly endearing.)"
