If you like to draw political cartoons, I've got an idea for you. I can't draw people at all to save my life, so I thought I'd share the idea with all of you, and see how anthother artist portray it.
--
There's a straight couple standing next to eachother with heroine needles strewn about them, and they're holding a marriage liscense.
There's a straight couple where the man is wearing a wifebeater and is holding a knife dripping with blood and a beer bottle in the other hand next to a woman with bruises everywhere, and they're holding a marriage license.
Lastly, there's a gay couple standing together, clean-cut clothes, and all that respectable stuff, with bush screaming atb them, "No, you can't have a license! I must protect family values!"

Is the mesage clear to everyone?

There's no hurry whatsoever. Take your time, and don't overstress about it.
Looks like the image description's intent and point are so blatently obvious that everyone's eyes have it burned into their retinas. biggrin
After the pic is finished, I also wouldn't mind getting at east a teensy-weensy bit of credit for coming up with the idea. wink

I also have an idea. This would be for the next political election. Caricatures of all candidates as apes throwing crap (literallly) at each other. That is, if the next election is as childish and underhanded as this last one was.

I saw a political cartoon similar to that. Different examples, but about the same gist of it. It's a powerful message, that's for sure. EDIT: Found it!

I'd just put my Gaia name, since I still like to have fun confusing people... also, theres several people whom I think would use my real name to my disadvantage. stare
On a related note, Switchboard has about 100 entries for my name! eek
