Two of the most powerful villans in the universe battle it out in a fight to the death! Which master of combat will come out of the battle alive?

Apocalypse is one of the most powerful mutants who ever lived. Apocalypse can alter the molecular structure of his body at will in order to change his form. After exposure to Ship (Celestial technology left behind on earth by a race of space gods) this ability, and all of Apocalypse's other powers, have been enhanced far beyond their original limits. He can alter his appearance or the size of his body; he can, for example, transform his arms and fists into various melee weapons and grant himself superhuman strength and grow to enormous sizes. He also can generate energy, thanks to a combination of his mutant power and the Celestial technology in his body. He has also demonstrated telekinesis, telepathy, the ability to create force fields, project bursts of concussive force, and can augment himself further by drawing on various outside energy sources. Apocalypse also demonstrated the ability to teleport himself and other beings (it is unclear if he required amplifying technology to do some of these things).
Apocalypse's original body was immortal. Even before being modified by the Celestial ship, he lived for thousands of years and was highly resistant to injury. With the Celestial modifications, this resistance to harm was amplified, although it is still possible to cause him injury that would not be immediately regenerated by his power. Should he suffer massive injuries that prove potentially fatal, he can enter a coma-like state of suspended animation during which he may recover from his wounds with the assistance of his Celestial technology.

Thanos possesses nearly incalculable superhuman power. The most powerful of the Titanian Eternals, Thanos is an Eternal mutant whose massive thick-hided body grants him the ability to synthesize cosmic energy for his personal use. (This is a trait that Thanos shares with his father, Alars, and the Earth-born Eternals, but not with most Titan-born Eternals.) Through bionic amplification, Thanos increased his physical strength and resilience to levels possibly rivalling or surpassing even the strongest of the Earth Eternals (i.e. Gilgamesh, now deceased). This indicates that Thanos' strength far exceeds the Class 100 range thus putting his strength beyond the level of top tier heroes such as Thor, Hulk, Hercules, Gladiator and the Silver Surfer. Through meditation, certain mystical techniques, and the aid of the incarnation of Death itself, Thanos has augmented his power in still other ways- enabling him to tap, transform, and direct vast quantities of cosmic energy for destructive force. Thanos also possesses to ability to manipulate matter to a frightening degree as well as teleport himself vast distances, a trait he shares with many of the Earth's more powerful Eternals (Sersi and Ikaris). Thanos has also demonstrated psionic abilities (e.g. telepathy, astral projection); the limits of which remain unknown. Another remarkable trait Thanos possesses is a nearly indesctructable level of invulnerability, allowing him to take almost any sort of damage without being harmed and be almost completely resistant to reality manipulation and matter transmutation. Perphaps deadliest of all of Thanos's attributes however is his mind; his superhuman intellect and legendary cunning are totally dedicated to the annihilation of life- and the mastery of any technology or mysticism that will alow him to achieve these dark goals.
Aside from his great power, Thanos is a superb tactician and is well-versed in many areas of arcane lore. He also possesses technology that allows him to teleport great distances, time-travel, and travel through alternate dimensions. Thanos is also a highly formidable hand-to-hand combatant, having fought the likes of the Galactus-Spawned Tyrant to a stand-still, with the help of a power bauble containing Morg's stolen energy, and trained his adopted daughter Gamora to become the universe's most feared female assassin. As powerful as he is, Thanos seeks to avoid physical confrontations and prefers outwitting his opponents and working through agents and thralls. Thanos is, and will always remain, a threat to all life and one of the most dangerous beings in the universe.

Thanos wins. If the X-Men can do it, so can Thanos, he easily overpowers every single X-Men and then some. He actually withstood blows from Odin and Galactus. He fought to a standstill Hulk and Thor at the same time. And Hulk and The Thing as well. He eventually beat all of the above earth heroes.
If this wasn't enough, he's smart enough to analyse Apocalypse's strengths and weaknesses, so even after a first match (assuming Apoc runs away) he'd investigate, see Apoc's restoring chambers and deal with him in his own "special" way.
