Kamali yawned as he stretched out in the sun, close to his and Noke's den. Noke was off showing one of their daughters how to hunt, and Kam was pretty sure the other was still asleep in the den. So he was free to lounge in the sun, like he enjoyed doing.
He was rather glad Noke had picked a den so close to the edges of the territory, for he liked to wander away from it. Though he had some serious things to discuss with Noke, such as why they were still staying in these lands at all. The pack was rather... distant, and it made Kam uncomfortable. But he could stay anywhere, as long as it was with his Noke, and his two beautiful daughters.

Well, sleeping wasn't honestly the true answer when one arrives at the question of Meru's current status. True, at some point or another, she had been sleeping - if that makes one feel even the slightest fraction better. In all actuality, Meru was lurking about the grounds nearest to her den - in search of her father. She was, by all rights, through and through, a complete and utter Daddy's girl.
It was with quiet triumph that she spotted the mossy tone over the landscape, her little bodice taking on the stance of a stalker - or one going after prey. With a soft mrawling yowl, she lept, landing quite confidently upon the spine of her father - her tiny little maw latching on playfully to the fur at his nape. "Gotchoo!" she muttered out between mouthfuls of nibbling, her litlte body unable to stay still for more than even a moment as balanced upon her father's back.
