You can tell its begun...
The stores have started pulling out costumes and candy.
The days are getting shorter, the nights-longer.
There's that certain smell in the air.
The countdown til the single greatest day of the year has begun.

I started sceeming on how to decorate in July when the things you never knew existed halloween preview came out twisted

heart I've been working on my costume for over a month now. My mum was like, "You're sixteen. You shouldn't be going trick-or-treating, you should be giving out candy." I was all, "I'm not just going trick-or-treating, I'm going to a party ... " -really, is going to scare all the little kids- I'm heartless, get over it. (:

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! I have to plan for my party and I still don't have a clue what I should be!!! Peolpe need to PM their ideas for what I should be... I'll prolly end up mooshing all of them together to create one mega costume! Like I did last year!

I plan on having a halloween party at my house this year, since I live in the forest I think I'll send everyone outside to play tag....
With any luck we'll loose a few!

With any luck we'll loose a few! LoL! That would be so fun! The forest by my house is infested with West Nile mosquitoes and poison ivy so nobody ever goes in there...

Mom won't let me go trick-or-treating; even just to chaperone my friends' little brother. However, I do need to start on my costume, 'cause I think I'm going to a party. I hear tell she's gonna set up her house like "The Masque of the Red Death" and have a HUGE slumber party! Mm. Fun fun. And then my bff's b-day is the 2nd weekend in October, my other friend's b-day is the third week in October, then it's Halloween, and right after that is my b-day. It's a good thing I'm not doing the fall play.... Whoops. I'm babbling. Sorry. sweatdrop

I love shopping at dollar stores durring halloween. I get lots of socks that I wear all year round. Last year I got these cute little glow in the dark wind up skelingtons at the same store as the socks. The year before that I got a pair of gloves with glow and the dark pattern of the bones of a hand on the top. I wear them in the winter. whee Im an odd child.. but I have fun.
