When online chat sites start becoming a reason for people to commit suicide, then we know it's not the chat site's fault.
There had to be something really wrong with that person to take advice from somebody he doesn't know, who would have obviously thought it was another stupid attention joke.
The fact that he would be posting on Gaia with a bleeding, shot arm, of all things, is psycho enough. He should have been phoning 911 or one of his friends or something.
In that case, he must have really wanted to die. Or the whole story is false.
I prefer and moreso believe the latter?

I'd justify why I consider suicide a selfish act, but I already got detention for getting "personal" or insulting the depressive idea of suicide.
So I won't go there.

for being someone who was once suicidal, I can definitely see why someone would want to do that, but that's usually because they are not in a healthy state of mind... but still there is no real justification for taking your own life...
and that whole thread is completely bogus... for the many reason listed in the thread...
