Phantom of the Shrub Captain

Hello hello, all you phantomy ones. This is your guild captain speaking, the Phantom of Shrubberies everywhere. xp
I have decided to recruit more moderators. This guild has gotten so big since when it first started out, and it still amazes me that there's so many phantom phans. 4laugh But when there's a ton of members, that means there needs to be more moderators, I think. The problem here is that I'm not able to on Gaia often enough to do much of anything, much less decide who would be a good candidate for mod status...So I need hardworking, kind and diligent phans to help keep this guild awesomely fun.
Also, I may change the system of just one constant vice captain to having a cycle of sorts; the most dedicated moderator will get to be the vice captain for a while. I feel that maybe this would be fairer for everyone.
Of course, this is all up to you, the members of this guild. If you have any suggestions or ideas on how to make this guild better, please tell me. 3nodding Who would you like to be a moderator? What do you think this guild should be doing or not doing? Please give suggestions, whether you want through this thread, or through PMs. I'll try to be on as often as I can.

Y'know, that's scary. I was just thinking about that the other day. We really do need more mods.

We really do need more mods, don't we? I just looked at the member list, and I realized we have a crapload of people...and that barely any of them post alot D=
Anywho, I recommend RDS. She's active/dedicated and knows what she's about.

Which is why I go through the memberlist every blue moon and remove those who never posted. But then they run to Shrub and complain. neutral
RDS Is definately deserving of mod-dom. I'mma skitter through some threads and see if I can add anyone to the recommendation list.

I agree with Ela. (can I call you that?) Of course I get surprised that plenty people aren't mods. But, I've PMed Shrub with the recommendation for RDS and a couple others I've seen active and helping out around the place. So hopefully we can get mods that are active and can kick me. XD

Yeah. We kind of...do need new mods. Uta already has too much on her plate as it is. With all the stuff going on and all. The other active mods seem to have disappeared now as well. It's odd.

ninja I would like to be a mod.
I am trying to be a bit more active now because I first I didn't really know a lot about Phantom and probably couldn't carry a conversation with Uta, Fox and everyone. Now that I learned more about Phantom from talking on the Official thread and everything I am starting to talk more on the guild. I am a VC on a Moulin Rouge guild so I know how to do everything for being a crew member and such.

I wouldn't like to take the responsibility of being a mod. I'm already a mod for the LKC guild and I feel like I'm abusing the privilege.
