This is a grassy area with a big stone platfrom in middle. The platform is used for sparring. Many shinobi of different ranks come here to try and increase their skill.

Vice sat ontop of a hill and looked up at the clouds.He pulled out the katana wich was strapped to his side and,flipped a switch. A small door opened from the end of it.Vice loaded the end of it with 5 capsules.one that would sent out uncutable chakra threds and others that had other perpouses ninja

A gust of wind blows around the training grounds as kumori appears. He pulls out to large shurikens and throws them into the air as the current of the wind carries them around. He then starts to train by having the shurkin come at him from every angle and converting his chakra into wind so that he has an increased speed and jump capability and starts dodging the shurken. Every 4 minutes a new shurken is lunched at him. The air pressure goes down causing the hot air to be sucked up. The wind also picks up speed.
