Hidoi Metsubou(Cruel Ruin)- This is a highly destructive technique that is known by only the most powerful of Cloud Village. After the very lengthy sequence of hand seals, the user holds out their hands, fingers spread out, and launches ten deadly bolts of ilghtning from the hands. This attack is VERY inaccurate, but the lightning bolts can easily destroy an entire village or other large area.

Nainenkikan- By charging inorganic objects with large amounts of chakra, the object will explode 5 seconds after charging. This technique is effective on projectiles and all kinds of solid objects. The explosion given by this technique is VERY powerful.

Metarikku Seichuu- (Metallic Control) This is the ultimate ability of the magnetic-type forbidden jutsu. This technique allows a user to control the movement of a single metal object. This object can only be controlled as long as it's at least 20 meters within the user's location. Small objects can be controlled easily, while larger objects simply take a longer amount of time to control. Objects cannot be ripped out of others hands with this technique.

Jisei(Diamagnetism)- After performing the necessary hand seals, the user can create a superconduction through manipulation of electromagnetic waves. After this technique has been performed, the user can increase or decrease gravity at will. The user may not move when performing this technique and isn't effected by it. This technique is not powerful enough to whip someone into outerspace, or completely crush them into the ground. There is a huge chakra drain with this technique.

Kireme(Breaker)- A jutsu that creates a large wave effecting both the user and everyone nearby. This technique causes all those who are caught in the wave to lose control of the chakra that they were using. Any ninjutsu or genjutsu are immediately canceled out as all other chakra type moves are as well. The chakra used to make those techniques are also immediately sapped away from the user. The non-used chakra is protected against this attack.

Jijei Mahu(Magnetic Meyhem)- This is the Kage technique that Keramitsu had created to share down in the line of Raikages. This technique allows the user to control all metal within a 30 meter radius and fling it around at high speeds. All types of metal fly around the user in a circular rotation and can be concentrated in certain areas at the user's will. This technique gives extra power to all the metal flying in it due to the fact that even when an object is hit, the metal will continue to push through it. The opponents metal is ripped from them when this jutsu is used. This technique can be held for a minute maximum without killing the user from a chakra strain.

Bloodline Techniques:

Amaterasu- named for the Goddess of the Sun, is a Ninjutsu techinque which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to create a mysterious black fire. This powerful fire can then be used to cut through a strong barrier and is said to burn for 7 days and 7 nights. Because of the amount of chakra needed to use the technique, it can only be used on a very limited basis daily. Also because it requires Mangekyou to use, not many individuals know of or can wield the technique.

Tsukuyomi- named for the God of the Moon, is a Doujutsu illusion technique which uses the Mangekyou (Kaleidoscope) ability of the Sharingan eye. This highly advanced technique can not be used extensively because of the toll it places on the user. To utilize the illusion, the clan member will look into the eyes of his opponent and cast a Genjutsu spell on them. The spell takes place in the mind of the one affected, while the jutsu is cast the one it was cast upon is at the total mercy of the clan member. The clan member has full control over space and time in the jutsu and can place the one affected through any hell they desire for any length desired. The technique itself only lasts for but a second in reality, but the one affected could have lasted through several days of pain. It is said only a natural born member of the Uchiha Clan can defeat it.

No name- To begin Kakashi formed a handseal to change his normal three tomoe Sharingan into a new Mangekyou form. He then focused on an area of his target. The surrounding area then began to warp and collapse in on itself, quickly reducing the surround area to nothingness. The technique will thus essentially transport the focused area away to another location. The technique caused a huge strain on Kakashi, utilizing a great deal of chakra. He was able to use the technique twice in succession and then revert back to three tomoe, it is unknown how many times he could use it before total exertion.

Jiashe- They use the Cloud Art of Merging. They can merge with water and control it with great ease. They do best when it is in vapor form...like clouds.

Igana- They created the villages Taijutsau style Cloud Vortex and the Genjutsu/Ninjutsu styles of Cloud Control are theirs. Cloud Control Genjutsu is Cloud Ice Mirage. They summon clouds around the battle field that will randomly solidify to create a temporary mirror illusion. And the Ninjutsu is Storm Charge. They summon a stormcloud over the battlefield that shoots lightning and rains hard. Also good for crops
Another Ninjutsu is Cloud Control: Nimbus Travel. They summon a cloud to fly on.


Anbu Moves:

Lightning Cage Technique [Denkou no Ori no Jutsu]- This technique uses chakra to set up a powerful web of electrical currents surrounding a victim. Lightning shoots from the user’s fingertips and surrounds the victim, shocking him as the current surrounds him. The cage deals little damage to those trapped within, but anyone trying to leave is in for a real shock. Unfortunately, while the cage does a good job of keeping most people inside, it also damages anyone trying to reach into the field to attack. Magnetic currents protect the victim from attacks from metal objects, and electrical attacks are likewise useless.

Lightning Screen [Denkou no Shahei]- After performing a row of hand-seals, the user places his hands on the ground and in front of him a large and powerful field of lightning erupts from the ground and lasts for a few seconds before dissipating. This field not only shocks anyone unlucky enough to touch it, it also does a good job of deflecting lightning techniques, not to mention anything involving metal.

Static Clone Technique [Seidenki Bunshin no Jutsu]- After a row of hand-seals, several electrical fields erupt from the user’s hands and form into vaguely humanoid shapes. A simple genjutsu is used to then make the fields look like the user or anyone else the user chooses. Although the clones can’t exert any physical force, if an opponent comes into contact with it, it dissipates and heavily shocks the him or her.


Jounin Moves:

Raiden Bannin(Lightning Guard)- The user casts a group of kunai into the ground, point-down, and performs a lengthy seal sequence. The jutsu turns the kunai into a defensive field that will snap out with a lightning strike against anything that moves too near. The user is not subject to this jutsu. The jutsu requires no extra concentration to run and uses little chakra to initiate, but will draw chakra with each strike unleashed.

Kenran Ryuu(Brilliant Dragon)- The user performs a lengthy seal sequence and concentrates on a chosen target. A brilliant blue-white electrical aura forms around the user, then coalesces into a crackling dragon and races toward the target. The bite of this dragon carries all the destructive power of a natural lightning strike. A highly unsubtle jutsu that requires much chakra.

Raitama(Stun Shot)- After performing a very lengthy amount of hand selas, the user is able to fire a small electric bolt at the opponent. The bolt travels much slower than lightning normally would, but if it hits, the opponent's electric body current is stopped and they usually lose conciousness. Heart failure could occur if this attack is used too many times on the same opponent. If the opponent is not knocked unconcious by the attack, movement will be much harder for the opponent to do.

Kyougaku Fuukaku - Karada(Shocking Style - Electric Body)- This is the perfect move of this ninjutsu fighting style. After the user has performed the necessary hand seals, their body becomes lined with electricity. The user may hold ONLY the pole on their body to keep the current going. Now, the user body and the pole are laced with electricity which will shock the opponent when any kind of physical contact is made. The shocks are powerful and last until contact is broken. This technique is dangerous because if the user gets wet, they will shock themselves and cause serious injury.

Myaku(Magnetic Pulse)- This ability allows the user to send out a positive or negative charged electromagnetic wave. In basic terms, this technique allows the user instantly repel or attract metal objects. This pulse requires a large amount of chakra to perform, and if not concentrated properly, the pulse could effect the metal that the user carries. This technique has the ability to knock projectiles and small weapons out of an opponent's hand, but it doesn't possess the ability to rip a sword or other tight-gripped weapons.

Magunechikku Tatazumai(Magnetic Shape)- This ability allows the user to manipulate the shape of any metal in their hands. By manipulating certain electromagnetic waves, a metal object can be shaped into almost anything. This takes a large chakra drain, and can only effect objects that the user is holding. If the object is dropped, or unabruptly moved, a backlash will occur, usually killing the user.

Metarikku Furi-zu(Metallic Freeze)- This ability allows the user to manipulate an electromagnetic wave to prevent a single metal object from moving anywhere. This ability can stop any single metal object (size is proportionate to chakra use); however, the user cannot move while this technique is in effect. If the opponent is able to break out of this jutsu, the users wave will fall out of control, and a backlash will occur, usually killing the user.

Shikiichi Kushin(Threshold of Pain)- After peforming a normal-sized series of hand seals the user is able to manipulate the electric current the pain sensors of the opponent to their brain. A skilled user is able to bring an opponent to the threshold of pain with this technique. It can knock out an opponent if held too long. Also, this is a good discipline technique.

chidori- A very powerful technique that requires a huge amount of chakra, which becomes visible around the user's hand. Once the hand has been charged, it is then thrust straight through the target

Lightning Scorch Technique [Denkou Yakekoge no Jutsu]
The user performs a short row of hand seals, ending with his hands pointing towards his victim. Lightning bolts shoot out of his finger tips and dance along the victim’s flesh, causing severe burns all over the body. This jutsu has the advantage of being difficult to block or dodge without the victim hiding behind something that doesn’t conduct electricity.

Human Lightning Rod [Hiraishin no Jintai]
The user emits a powerful field of electrical energy; anyone caught within it gains a negative charge. The user positively charges the air around him, meaning that anyone within the field is constantly shocked by lightning. Although this jutsu is almost impossible to dodge while within the field, the field only extends 10 meters from the user. This jutsu also does a great job of disrupting electrical jutsu aimed at the user

Touch of the Lightning God [Raijin no Hadazawari]- The user gathers a large amount of chakra into his fingertips and converts it to electricity. The electricity then bursts from the fingertips and seeks out the victim. The lightning doesn't rend the flesh, but instead eletrifys the opponent, seeking out and attacking the heart and nervous system. The pain this jutsu causes is said to be unbearable. Victims of this jutsu frequently have heart attacks within 24 hours after being hit, so medical care is highly advised.

Grasp of the Lightning God [Raijin no Haji]- The user gathers a tremendous amount of eletricity into their hands. The user then grabs the opponent with both hands and sets up a powerful current of eletricity through the opponent's body. This eletricity not only electrifies its victim, but also renders the area around where the opponent is holding immobile, although other parts of the victim's body can freely move.

Blade of the Lightning God [Raijin no Ittou]
The user focuses chakra into either arm and collects ambient electricity into a tight lattice around the forearm and hand. By compressing the electricity and chakra together, the user forms a single-use electrical blade. While the blade has no real substance and thus cannot block or parry, its side-effect more than makes up for it - the area around that which is struck by the blade will be instantly shocked numb.



Chuunin Moves:

Zenkaku Parusu(EM Pulse)- This technique creates an electromagnetic pulse that cancels out all current electric attacks. This pulse travels 20 meters in every direction, and anything that runs on electricity is quickly overloaded and shut down.

Buttooshi Rakurai(Continuous Lightning)- Identical to the genin Rakurai, except the lightning continues flowing as long as the user supplies chakra to the jutsu. Sustained contact can cause severe damage.

Dendou Funmuki(Electric Spray)- The user completes a moderate-length seal sequence and flicks his hand toward an area, as if throwing a handful of sand. The jutsu will generate a spray of electric motes extending several meters toward the area 'thrown' at; they burst against anything in the affected zone with an effect like a powerful 'Twitch Spark'. The cumulative effect is extremely painful and debilitating, but rarely does long-term damage.

Raibuki(Weapon of Lightning)- After performing a normal sized seal sequence, the user is able to charge their weapon to a pure negative or positive charge. The weapon will now repel (positive) or attract (negative) other metal. Also, the charge can be released in the form of a powerful lightning shock. The shock is not deadly.

Kyougaku(Electrocution)- A torture genjutsu that mildly, but continuously shocks the opponent. No real damage can be done, but can usually cause a great amount of pain in the opponent. This is also a good discipline technique.

Da-ku Kumo(Dark Cloud)- A genjutsu which causes the opponent the believe that the sun is being eclipsed by a very dark cloud, the opponent believes it's nighttime.

Kyougaku Fuukaku - Jiga Dageki(Shocking Style - Electric Self-Shock)-After the user has activated this fighting style, the user can activate the ability to shock itself to break any genjutsu on the user. The shocks happen every 10 second, and are very mild, but leave a bit of an after-sting. This technique requires very little chakra to keep going, and can be shut off or turned on at the user's digression.

Violent Thunderclap [Hageshii Jinrai]- An extremely powerful Raiton ninjutsu that requires the pinnacle of chakra control to perform. The user gathers massive amounts of chakra into his palms and flattens it out into a disc extending over each hand that absorb any ambient electricity. Once the discs have collected enough ambient energy, the user smashes his palms together, creating a deafening thunderclap accompanied by a hemispherical electric shockwave that travels outward from the hands. With all of this occurring within a few seconds, it is clear to see why the utmost of chakra control is required.



Genin Moves:

Ground Lightning Summon Technique [Jibeta Raiton Meshi no Jutsu]- The user does a series of seals, gathering chakra to the hands. Doing so, the user places both palms on the ground, and summons the magnetic current from the ground. The user then pulls the current upwards, making a line of electric static all over the place. This is the source for other various Lightning Based Techniques.

Thunder Cloud Technique [Raiun No Jutsu]- This jutsu summons a thunder cloud above you. The static and humidity caused by this makes using Lightning-based Ninjutsu much easier. The effect does not stack. This jutsu does not effect Genjutsu techniques.

Thunder Explosion Technique [Raiton Bakuhatsu No Jutsu]- User performs hand seals and sucks in air (actually charging Chakra) and spits out bolt of lightning. The duration of the charge depends on how much strength you have.

Lightning Invulnerability Study [Raiton Fujimi Keiko]- A study and practice of becoming Invulnerable to touching Lightning. Though huge shocks will undoubtedly harm the person, usual effects such as paralysis and comas wouldn't come to one. The study includes: becoming used to the shock, able to touch minor sparks without feeling shocked. This study also includes study of lightning, clouds, predicting storms, magnetic currents. Must know at least one Raiton

Ikazuchi no Kiba (Thunder Fang)- Spin a two metal objects together to create an electrified chakra-filled essence that rises into the clouds to activate lightning bolts that come crashing down on his desired target.

Raizou Ikazuchi wo Utte (Thunderbolt Strike)-creates several thunderbolts that cut through the ground until they hit the enemy.

Raikyu (Lightning Ball)- creates a ball of electrical energy and launches it at the enemy.

Hi no Hagane (Wings of the Sun)- causes a rockslide by sending a wave of electric energy upwards a cliff. This is the only electric based jutsu

Rairyu no Tatsumaki (Lightning Dragon Tornado)- Gathering lightning, the user spins around very quickly, forming it into the likeness into a head of a dragon. Once lightning is drawn upon his body, a spinning current will occur effecting anyone or anything in the area, temporarily trapping them in a spiral-like vortex and causing great damage. A fairly destructive jutsu.

Raigeki no Yoroi (Lightning Armor)- Rotating his twin swords, Raiga surrounds himself with electricity which protects him by electrocuting anyone who makes contact with it.

Jumping Thunderbolt Technique [Odori Rakurai No Jutsu]- The user summons thunder from the ground and, using chakra, forces the thunder to go in the direction of the opponent. It turns into a bolt of lightning that bounces quickly. There can be more then one at a time, but they must be summoned at least 10 feet away from each other. Jibeta Raiton Meshi no Jutsu must be active

Kumo Futa(Cloud Cover)- After performing the necessary handseals, a cloud forms around the user so that the enemy can't see what the user is doing. The user has pefect vision while the cloud is surrounding them. The cloud also follows them as they move, but can be blown away by strong wind.

Kyougaku Fuukaku - Anaakeki(Shocking Style - Electric Stab)- By charging the fists with electricity (then conducting to the pole), the enemy will feel a shock when the user makes a jab with the pole. This shock isn't deadly, but can stun them if a powerful enough hit is made. (Genin)

Kyougaku Fuukaku - Sao Hensa(Shocking Style - Pole Variation)- By lining the body up with electricity, the user can now inflict shocks by simply touching the opponent. This electricity conducts to a metal pole that the user holds.

Lightning Trip-Wire Technique [Harigane Denkou no Jutsu]- The user takes two kunai or any other metal objects that can be planted in the ground or wall and gives them opposite electrical charges. Using chakra, an invisible current is run through the objects, which are then planted in the ground. If anyone walks in between the two conduits, then an electrical charge zaps them. Despite the name, this technique does not actually 'trip' the victim.

Charged Strike [Denkiwoobiru Batsu]- A ninja from the Hidden Cloud Village is able to transfer chakra into his or her limbs in order to create an electrical charge. With enough practice, the ninja becomes able to discharge this energy forcibly with a punch or kick.

Hiraishin no Jutsu, 飛雷神の術, literally "Flying Thunder God Technique"- This jutsu allows the user to move over large distances with ultra-high speed.To activate this jutsu, the user needs a special seal or "Jutsu-shiki" (術式, "Technique" or "Jutsu formula") to mark the destination. After this is done, the user can almost instantaneously transport himself to the location of the Jutsu-shiki.

Doton: Retsudotenshō (Earth Release: Split Earth Turn Around Palm)- This technique allows the ninja to control nearby rocks to surround and attack the enemy.

Doton: Dochū Eigyo no Jutsu (Earth Release: Underground Projection Fish Technique)- Using this jutsu, a person can hide underground until they're ready to attack an opponent.

Mokuton Hijutsu: Jukai Kōtan (Wood Release Secret Technique: Birth of Dense Woodland)- A secret technique where the user utilizes their chakra to create the sapling of a great tree, and then continues to use their chakra to feed the root of the sapling. It grows, twists, and winds through solid obstacles, and wraps around the opponent, trapping them in its branches.

Tsuchi no Yoroi (Armor of Earth)- By manipulating the earth around him, the user is able to create a protective outer covering of earth, boosting offense and defense.

Tsuchi Bunshin no Jutsu (Earth Clone)- This jutsu creates one or more identical copies of the user out of earth. These clones are physically real and can perform jutsu and damage on their target, although they'll turn back into mud when enough damage has been done.

Tsuchi Bunshin Daibakuha (Earth Clone Great Explosion)- This jutsu works in combination with the Earth Clone Technique, and creates an earth clone that will explode on command, potentially killing or injuring those caught in the blast.

Jutsu Shou (Technique Neutralize)- This jutsu cancels or impedes the occurring of the opponent's technique. It uses the same amount of chakra as the jutsu it inteds to cancel.

Magen: Jubaku Satsu (Demonic Illusion: Tree Blind Death- With this jutsu, the user can make themselves disappear so that they can approach their opponent unnoticed. Once near the desired target, a tree will grow at the target's feet and branches from an illusory tree will bind them from behind so that they are unable to even move or use hand seals. Once the opponent believes that they are captured, the user can then reappear from above the tree and quickly kill the opponent.

Magen: Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: False Surrounding Technique)- A rather sophisticated Genjutsu which changes the appearance of a nearby object or climate.

Kamiton (Divine Release)- A justu that requires the user to offer up some of his own blood as sacrifice. The jutsu invokes the power of spirits to increase strength, speed, and stamina so long as the user is bleeding.

Kamiken (Divine Fist)- Requires Kamiton be activated first. A powerful taijutsu style which takes the user's attacks, and adds the power of elemental spirits to them. The user has little to no control over their actions in this state.

Earth Barrier Clay Prison (Doroudomo Doten Kekkai)- A earth elemental ninjutsu attack in which the user pummels his hands into the ground and forms a dome around the enemy. Earth Barrier Raging Wave- A jutsu in which the user shoots a specific amount of chakra at a specific direction under the ground to destroy the land an opponent is currently standing on and blow them back with debris of rock and sand.

Earth Element; Earth Dragon Missile (Doton,Doryuudan)- A technique that follows up the Earth River Slide technique, a shape of a dragon is pulled out of the mud in which the dragon opens it's mouth and then spits missiles made out of mud to hit the opponent. This technique is usually followed up by Karyuudan.

Earth Element; Earth Rising Wall (Doton Doryuuheki)- A jutsu which when performed, allows the user to spew mud from their mouth, which grows into a large wall or hard earthen material. This wall is able to block most other jutsus, and its extremely durable.

Earth Element; Moving Land River (Doton,Doryuu Taiga)- A earth elemental technique, which forms a mud land slide which then pushes the enemy back and then stops them from moving with the pressure of the out going mud direction. This technique is usally the beggening to the Earth Element, Dragon Missile attack

Earth Wall Land Flip (Doton Doruki Gaeshi)- A technique where a user hits the ground and flips the ground to create a wall to defend from an attack.

Mud Cannonball (Dango Dotonidoryo)- An earth elemental attack in which the user uses chakra to grasp a huge amount of land mass, and then forms it into a huge boulder and then hurls it at the enemy.

Shosen Jutsu (Mystical Palm Technique)- user heals bodies with palm

Chakura Kyuin Jutsu (Chakra Absorption Technique)"- absorbs the opponents chakra

Was born with sharingan eyes because her father was from the uchiha clan and her mother was from the Cloud Village. Ariana's parents loved her very much but her father couldn't stand the fact that she would eventually become stronger than him so he left the family so that they could struggle. Ariana's mother had no problems she had support from her friendly neighbors. One day a demon came into town and was destroying everything. The demon was so powerful the villagers had to make sure it would never return so they sealed it in the nearest baby they could find((Ariana)). Ariana's mother struggled to prevent this from happening but unfortunately she couldn't stop them. To make sure the demon would never be released the seal was located around Ariana's v****a. Ariana's mother still loved her and tried her best to ignore the fact that Ariana had a demon until that day when Ariana was 13 she killed her mother because she couldn't control the demon with in. Ever since then Ariana was abandoned by the village and noone wanted to be her friend. Ariana was taken in by Orochimaru for a while.((Isnt that right whitefox?))
