1. Obey the Terms of Service.
2. Do not make pointless (spammy) threads. If you want to chatter, keep it to already made threads. There is one thread made specifically for chatting, and that is The Wilted Rose, 2nd Edition.
3. Do not bump.(unless your thread is off the first page)
4. If you see someone breaking the rules please notify one of the moderators.
5. Talk to a Mod before moving your shop/quest to the guild.
6. It should go without saying, but do not bump the stickies.
7. Do not PM me asking to be a Mod. Only those I know will not abuse the power will get it, at my discretion.
8. If you see a Mod who you think is abusing their power PM me. Do not flame, and make sure you can back up your claim as false accusations could result in banning. (Witnesses, Screenshots, etc. )
9. The Guild is private, and I'd like to keep it that way. If you want to recommend a user for membership, post who and why in the Suggestions Sticky.
10. You are welcome to link to a thread within the Guild, but do not openly advertise the Guild. We are a private Guild, and I don't want people I (Or the other Mods) don't know, asking to join.
11. If you have a complaint, or an issue with a person, please talk to that person privately. If you an issue or complaint with the Guild itself, it is appropriate to take it with the Guild. It is not appropriate to air personal business all over the guild. Any such posts will be deleted.
Mod Specific Rules
1. Mods, be very careful. Make sure that when you quote a message you are not editting it. The buttons are right next to each other. sweatdrop
2. Do not edit posts unless they are flamatory, spam, or otherwise offensive.
3. Always consult at least 1 other mod before deleting, editing, or stickying a post or topic.
4. Only sticky threads that really need to be seen, ie, shops/quests/announcements.
5. If you edit someone's post you need to leave in that post somewhere in normal sized letters "edited by yournamehere for unacceptablecontent/spam/flaming". This is to avoid false accusations of powertripping. Remember, as a Captain, even if I you don't leave that, I can trace it back to you. neutral
6. Any mods caught abusing their power will have their moderator status removed, and depending on extremity possibly even banned. It is possible to redeem yourself, and you will be allowed to defend yourself in case of false acusations. Mod's may or may not get the powers back, at my discretion.
