Well, as many of you have heard, I'm sure, it's been reported that a new Cure album is due out in the summer.
After what many people believe was a weak release in '04, are you optimistic about a fresh new album, or do you think it will wind up as flimsy as the last album?
I know that its probably way too early to tell, but it'd be interesting to see what the attitude is before any material is released, and how the last album has impacted some peoples opinions for the good and bad.
Personally, I'm optimistic. The Cure wasn't that bad of an album, even if it has recieved a lot of bad reviews...Prehaps people's lack of satisfaction with Curiosa will be taken into account as well.

I think it'll be okay. I thought the last album was lacking something..I think the cure energy that they once had..there was like..no...unique sound..I think they used it all.

I cant wait for their new album. I think its going to be delayed. So far the release date is sometime in October isnt it? I actually didnt think their newest album was that bad. yeah it was one of the worst The Cure has put out but I though tit was OK. Couldve been way better. This one will be great and I know it will because I have faith in Mr.Smith biggrin
