Now he said he had a freezer FULL of popsicles. That can only mean that if he brings lets say a child down there, they're going to want to come back later for some more. I think thats how he gets children to come into his house that way without having to ask them. They must be THAT good.

He was also in the episode where he went to Brian's cubicle and talked to him about ordering an ice cream truck that plays that one tune.

ha! that was the funnies thing i had seen! i was rolling when i saw that episode!!! it was just the way he sang it, a bit creepy but oh so funny!

There was also the time when he watched Chris through a window while on a ladder. He fell on his back when the ladder fell over after Chris started to dance with his shirt off.
