That my Sig is too big? no one has told me anything yet, but i just want to make sure, so i don't get reported. thanks!

It is a bit too big. Sigs must be 500x500 pixels. 3nodding

the width of the drawing of me (it says babykittykat and travi on the side) is 489 and the height is 400.... and my wishlist's width is 522 and the heighth is 189.... is that too mucH?

Again, it's too big. Like I said before, it must be 500x500. You're over a hundred in height and over 22 in width. For a better idea check here.
