This is where most of teh Testing on new things for civilan use are done. This area is made up of 6 testing labs, 6 storage areas, 2 break rooms, and office level(every one has one) two entrances where their are Marine Cheack points.(you need the clearance level to enter) and a 3 Marine secrity stations scatered threw out the area. The Marines are here as guards and usialy stay in groups of two or three wile they walk around.
