 Navigating the halls from Luxord's room, Demyx soon came to the kitchen. Goody...he could make some coffee for Luxord, and find himself some cookies...maybe something a bit more filling as well.
Pushing open the door, Demyx bounded inside and immediately went about searching for the familiar bag of cookies. He located it quickly, and plopped on top of the counter to eat some.
Yeah, he probably should have been sitting in a seat...oh well.

Silently moving inside the room, having followed Demyx here, Saix was at best, pissed off. He leaned against the wall near the door waiting for Demyx to get out of his cookie hoarding mindset and realize he was there, Saix didn't want to say anything unless Demyx said something first.

Nibbling on a cookie, Demyx glanced up and noticed Saix. The fidgety blonde jumped slightly, hugging the bag of cookies.
"Er....Saix?...sir?"
Demyx's ears flattened back, green eyes focused carefully on Saix. The young audio had always been a bit...wary...around Saix.

Still jumpy as ever. Dissapointing. The news Saix brought to Demyx now would probably shatter his reality. But oh well, it's not like Saix really cared, in all actuality, it could be viewed as his fault in the first place.

Demyx resisted the urge to tell Saix he was already sitting. Quite frankly he was surprised the scarred one wanted to talk to him.
"O-okay..."
The blonde set the cookie bag down, hopped off the counter, and headed over to the table. With a final cautious glance to Saix, he sat down.
"...what is it?..."

Saix seemed oddly mad with himself at this point. He really didn't want to say this because Demyx was innocent. Too innocent. It was almost unbearable.
"Demyx, before I say anything, you need to be prepared for this. This isn't some normal bad news, this will hurt you more than anything else ever could...are you ready to listen?"

Mind racing, Demyx struggled to figure out just what it is Saix was about to tell him. What could be THAT bad?
"S-saix...is this about the past?..."
Ears still flat, the blonde looked up at Saix, waiting.
"Something really bad happened...didn't it?..."

Saix lowered his head. God, he wish he could just, get wasted right now and blurt it out. But this needed to be handled better than that.
"Yes, Demyx, it is. And something very bad happened, and I need to know, for SURE, that you can handle it. Can you?"

Head hanging for a minute, Demyx thought it over.
"I..."
Damnit get a hold of yourself! Saix always thought he was a wuss, and he was just proving it by freaking out over some bit of unknown information. The youth got to his feet, stepping closer to Saix.
"I...I want to find out what happened....I always have....please Saix..."
Demyx stopped right before Saix, green eyes trained on him.
"Tell me..."

Saix sighed. Best just to say it and get it over with.
"Demyx you died. I died. Infact, everyone from the organization died. A good portion of those deaths were beacuase of me. Now before you go flipping out at me, sit your a** back down and don't you dare cry, cause I will not hessitate to smack you and shut you up. This is nothing to cry about."
Saix's glare returned, his softness was gone as of now.
"We are alive again, I do not know why, but we are back from the dead."

The blonde simply stared a moment, mouth dropping open slightly.
"....WHAT?!"
Despite being told not to cry, the tears were already welling up in his eyes. I mean really, how did Saix expect him to react to such devastating news?
"I...I...I...d-d-died?! B-b-but...."
Demyx startled to tremble, the news truely shocking him. Yet somehow....it seemed right....but it couldn't be! They didn't die!
"N-n-no...."
He shook his head, pawing furiously at the tears that had started to flow.
"NO!"

Great, Demyx was losing it. Saix stood up and raised his hand...
"I told you to STAY CALM!"
Saix brought his hand down swiftly, in an attempt to slap Demyx back to reality.
"Shut up! Sit the hell down! And realize this! WE ARE ALIVE NOW! We died! But we are BACK! I don't know why! And that's what I am trying to find out! You are either going to cry or you are going to get your act together and grow up!"
Saix sat down again...growling. He hated Demyx...he hated Demyx's retention of who he was before he lost his heart. Saix didn't have that...he lost that long ago. Being without a heart for so long left him more empty than anything else ever could...he envied Demyx, but despised him just as much.

Demyx yiped as the paw connected, his own gloved paw rising to hold his cheek.
"I'M TRYING!!!"
Tears still flowing, Demyx's legs gave out on him and the youth was forced to slide to a seat on the floor.
"Axel s-s-said the p-past was better left f-forgotten....did he remember t-this?"
Sure, Saix had told him to shut up, but Demyx was far too lost in the news to really care.
"We c-couldn't have d-died...."

"Demyx we died! Simple! I remember it all very well. And Axel's death was my fault, as was yours."
Saix wished he could feel something, something right now, just to understand what Demyx was going through, but he felt nothing...it was just cold.

Demyx stared up at him, eyes wide.
"You k-killed us?!"
The memories were starting to come back, but obviously not very complete. So Saix's statement simply confused him for the moment.
"B-b-but why?! What the hell did we do to you?!"
