If finally got a reply to the e-mail I sent the CBC concerning the new series. Here is their answer:
Thank you for your email to CBC regarding the series Dr.Who on CBC Television.
There is no information regarding the new series schedule at this time. Please watch your local listings for further information.
Again, thank you for writing. Please contact us again should you have any
further questions or comments about CBC programs.
Well, at least I got an answer. Although I figured they weren't going to show it during the summer, since I haven't seen any commercials for it...Any comments?

I live in Michiganm, right now I still get CBC. CBC needs to show doctor who before i have to move to the side of the state that doesn't get CBC...the means they need to show the whole thing befor the end of August.

Which probably won't happen..
ABC..CBC..nothing has it but BBC..
CBC is what, the Canadian/Canada Broadcasting Channel?

That's really weird. Don't the end title credits say something about being produced with the help of the CBC too? Although that might just be the American edition.
