STAR OCEAN!!!! :::forces his roommate to run 10miles to EB to get a copy:: eek scream xd
Ahem....Im back now...anywho...yea, Im really excited, I even already have my favorite character for the game picked out, and the coolest thing about it, is that the battle system is supposedly two player in the story mode, meaning two people could actually play at once ^^ Lets hope its true

I'm not a chick and I'm not even a member but I have to say that yes I am excited. In approximately 2 hours, I will be on the line at the store getting my copy of Star Ocean. Excited....... Isn't even strong enough a word

Keollyn I'm not a chick and I'm not even a member but I have to say that yes I am excited. In approximately 2 hours, I will be on the line at the store getting my copy of Star Ocean. Excited....... Isn't even strong enough a word lol, Hmmm...maybe I should send my roommate out now...jsut to make sure we get the copy...oh wait...he reserved a copy, nevermind ^^

I'm kind of dissapointed in the game sweatdrop
I'm only 2 hours in(lots of homework last night >.<) but so far not a lot seems to be going on... The cut scenes are really long, which is really only a bad thing because the dubbing is edited together so poorly xp

Xenosaga is another game that had huge cutscenes, and the voice acting wasn't the greatest either, but that shouldn't deter you from a game.
Also, Star Ocean is supposed to be a very epic RPG, so I doubt very much would start happening within 2 hours of starting the game. It might take 10 or more for it to get really interesting. Give it a chance. wink

Give it a chance. wink well ya know ive been playing the game since it came out, and so far the game is awesome. The only real complaint I have, is it seems a little short, and the game becomes uber hard just out of the blue, meaning you have to sit around leveling up just to be able to compete with random encounter enemies o.O

Ok after playing it a while, I take back it being short, Ive spent nearly 50 hours already, and Im not even at the end of the game. Not to mention I haven't done any of the secret dungeons which are supposed to be pretty deep in and of themselves. And crafting is just plain fun lol, I took a crappy store bought item and crafting a few accessories, and I have max att power already ^^

Star Ocean? Ive never heard of it.. but im guessing its a pretty good game considering the feedback you're getting haha. What gaming console is it for?
