Is there any sort of list to Geisha houses or a thread I'm overlooking? If I've missed something in one of these threads, please feel free to slap me about and set me straight. In our profiles, there is a tab for 'house.' While I do know what it means, I have no idea what to enter. I'm not sure of any existing house names, or if people are just making them up.

Nittia, sayuri, erm Krimson! lol it'd be like the Nittia Okiya, Sayuri Okiya, Krimson Okiya, Mameha Okiya. because like isnt the okyia named after the "mother" of the okiya or the daughter or it? like the Nittia-Sayuri Okiya?

After the mother of the Okiya I will make a Ikea and then I will add thenames in the main profile thing thank you guys for your help.

Krimson-yuki-san Nittia, sayuri, erm Krimson! lol it'd be like the Nittia Okiya, Sayuri Okiya, Krimson Okiya, Mameha Okiya. because like isnt the okyia named after the "mother" of the okiya or the daughter or it? like the Nittia-Sayuri Okiya? I don't think it's the first name - it was the last...I know of the Ichiriki and Mizuki Teahouses - they could possibly be okiya as well. They also said Satsu's jorou-ya as well...*goes to check the name* Tatsuyo. There are also districts such as the Miyagawa-cho and Tominaga-cho...I'm soon going to re-read the book, so if we need more names, districts, or okiyas, I'll probably write them down somewhere to post here...

No the reason for that is it is mostly based on the book and movies that's what the guild is named after for example. But that is why we have the sub-forms for that takes care of those issues biggrin .

Well names are probably mostly based on the book, Because I think it would be rather foolish to just use some Random name for a Okiya. {My opinun}
