Aizen nodded and began making handseals. He inhaled deeply , feeling to chakra centered in his chest and blew out acid on the dummy. The dummy melted in a matter of moments

ok its the rasengan a very powerfull jutsu and only use it on these0 sercumstances ok and never ever for a contest or competitions, friends or fellow members even mad *put 2 dummies in front of me and Aizen and then does slow hand signs*
Rasengan
Type: Ninjutsu
The user swirls the air in there hand into a sphere, and mold it with Chakra. They then attack the opponent with it, which will usually cause them to go flying backwards, spinning around. Sometimes the attack will burn the opponent where they are hit by it. *dummy blows up and is destroyed*

Aizen grabbed his wrist and began molding his chakra into a sphere. At first it was unstable and rough but it began to get smoother as he gained more control over his chakra. He balanced the sphere and looked towards his teacher

Aizen nods and rushes towards the dummy at full speed. As he makes contact it begans to shatter and spin towards the wall.

Yes with the training i gave you but also dont waste all your chakra in one move also remember the conditions are:
If a friend is in deadly danger
In a mission and is the last thing (only if in danger of death)
And never in a fight against a friend or family and not in an common enemy also not in any test
