All I know is that not all girls do and some believe it to be a myth (saying it's just piss), but I have no idea about why

It's spelled "ejaculate" and yes, they can and do, frequently.
When the G-spot is stimulated, the urethral sponge begins to swell and the Skene's (para-urethal) glands start to produce a fluid similar to prostatic fluid and exit through the urethra in a sometimes forceful manner, hence a woman ejaculating. The ejaculate can be colorless or slightly colored, has no smell, or smells slightly sweet, leaves no stains and may taste slightly sweet or bitter, depending on the diet of the female.
Most, if not all, females have the ability to ejaculate, but many fears accompany this, as well as disbelief that is it actual ejaculate, so many women do not ever ejaculate or have a hard time doing it. Some have been known to do it regularly during sex without trying, and thought it was urine.

All it is for is to get it wet down there so sex is easier for the man. It's a lube.

Not really, female fluids tend to dry up easier than if you used a lube, I fail to see how it makes anything easier when it's expelled in such a forceful manner.
It does serve a purpose, not that though. G-spot orgasms to some are the most pleasurable kind.

Correction: It can be called squirting, depending on how it happens.
I'm not getting into details, but some squirt in small amounts several time within a second, like a light flickering, whereas others just splurt it all out at once. It depends on how the woman was stimulated and what her bodys reaction to said stimulation is.

The v****a already secretes its own lubricant prior to sex. Female ejaculation, if it occurs, usually takes a long time and a lot of stimulation, and it does'nt really serve the purpose of a lubricant if its expelled in such a forceful manner. Besides the fact, the fluid released when a female ejaculates is almost watery-like, whereas the fluid actually produced prior to sex is a bit thicker in texture and better for lubricant. I was just saying that I don't understand where female ejaculate would serve as a helpful lubricant; a lot of women NEVER ejaculate.

Ejaculation has an important purpose that was overlooked in this topic. A male, particularly one uncircumsized uses this to clean out the p***s and avoid build up of bacteria or infection. This is very important, and younger boys who are uncircumsized should be pulling back the foreskin to clean it as they do not tend to ejaculate before puberty. This proves important in girls aswell, the extra liquid being forced out of the body will flush out unwanted bacteria, that is most common in sexually active woman. If not kept well cleaned, it is very easy for a female to get a bladder infection.

I was just saying that I don't understand where female ejaculate would serve as a helpful lubricant; a lot of women NEVER ejaculate. The natural lubrication from the initial stretch of the vaginal epithelium is the best lubricant, the introduction of ejaculate mixture from the urethral bladder and so on is actually detrimental as it causes the natural lube to break down a bit. After the first ejaculation during intercourse (if you are lucky enough to experience it), it's actually pretty rough going from then on out. As far as male ejaculation goes, the cleaning of bacteria from the ureter and urethra can easily be accomplished by simply urinating and assisted by drinking something like green tea or cranberry juice, because they impair the bacteria's ability to latch onto the walls and culture. As for Anaelachiem's post, it's problematic because ejaculation doesn't occur in younger boys at ALL until they hit puberty. Circumcised or not, it doesn't have much with the expulsion of bacteria. Hygiene is always important, though. sup Kuro.

I don't really mean to argue or anything, but I actually have heard from a few doctors that it is important for an uncircumsized boy to clean behind the foreskin before puberty to avoid infection. Me being one of them. However I admittedly have not much substancial evidence that this fact connects with girls ejaculating, it was just an educated theory.

Yes, it's important that boys clean behind their foreskin at ALL times, not just before puberty. Masturbation would only increase contact with outwise unexposed tissue otherwise and help slough away some bacteria, but it can also end up irritating and introducing new ones. It's not really connected with ejaculation in general. As for bacteria that finds it's way down the p***s itself, it's important that urination occurs regularly, which would also tie into hydration and so on. The only parallel that I can see is that masturbation does have a tendency to induce an urge to pee.
