Burori

Strength:
Feat 1: Launched a ki ball the size of a tennis ball from one planet to another and destroying it in the process.
Feat 2: Held back a Kameha blast from two Saiya-jin, one a SSJ2 (Gohan and Goten). Manage to also hold back (supposedly) Kakarotto Kameha blast when he joined in.
Feat 3: Beat three Super Saiya-jin close to death before having revived most of their energy from a Senzu.
Feat 4: Destroyed the South Galaxy when he was restricted to ascend Legendary Super Saiya-jin.
Speed:
Feat 1: Was able to match and exceed the Super Saiya-jin the likes of Gohan, Trunks, Vegeta and Kararotto even when in a bulked up form that is the LSJ.
Durability/Endurance:
Feat 1: Took the combined might of four SSJ and a Super Namek without much effort.
Feat 2: Took a point blank Kameha blast from Kakarotto with ease. He followed up the blast by saying "What the hell was that?"
Feat 3: When he was an infant, King Vegeta had infanticide commited on Burori. He survived this.
Feat 4: Burori kept him and his father from dying by an exploding planet... as an infant.
Feat 5: He's laughed off his father's feeble attempt to kill him via a comet to the planet.
Intellect:
Although he's not known for his mentality (since it is so unstable) he isn't unintelligent. The fact that he retained memories of Kakarotto after many decades of being apart proves that he has a higher capable of storing a retrieving memory.
Fighting Skill:
A brawler by nature. It doesn't matter if that's his only style as he was easily able to overpower any opponent he faced. He's still shown agility when fighting smaller opponents.
Techniques/Powers:
Blaster Shell - His infamous tiny green ki ball.
Gigantic Press - His grab technique displayed in the Budokai game.
Gigantic Meteor - Burori's ultimate attack (In the game) a beat rush followed by a devestating ki blast
Explosive Wave - Something
Eraser Cannon - Something
Gigi Super Saiya-jin - He achieved this form as an infant. Gigi SSJ is a mid point between a Saiya-jin's regular form and Super Saiya-jin form (non-canon)
Super Saiya-jin - This is the form Burori uses for part of movie #8 and most of movie #10. He is restricted to this form due to his father's controlling device. This control is eventually broken.
Legendary Super Saiya-jin - Completely ignoring any other SSJ transformation, Burori exclusively uses this form as his own. In this form, Burori is in a class of his own. Similiar to Ultra Super Saiya-jin (the midpoint between SSJ1 and SSJ2) in only looks, this LSJ form has benefits even exceeding SSJ2. His size, muscle mass, strength, and speed are far beyond that of Ultra Super Saiya-jin. Unique to this form is the illustrous "energy as you go". Basically, the Saiya-jin will gain more energy as the battle progresses. Burori is the only Saiya-jin to achieve such a form.

History
At birth, Goku was born with a power level of 2, while Broly was born with the astonishing level of 10,000. This is an unusually high level of strength, especially for a newly born infant; Raditz, an average low level adult Saiyan warrior has a power level of 1,200 (first appearance), and Vegeta, an adult elite Saiyan warrior, has a power level of 18,000 (first appearance). On the other hand, the average adult human (such as the farmer seen as the start of the DBZ series) has a rating hovering around 5. Broly's exceptional gifts marked him as a mutant, possibly even as the Legendary Super Saiyan.
King Vegeta feared the boy and what he might come to be, and gave the order for the infant's execution. Broly's father Paragus (a takeoff of Asparagus) begged the king to spare the life of his son, arguing that the powerful Saiyan infant could be an aid to the young prince Vegeta in the future. King Vegeta pointed out that the child could actually become powerful enough to overthrow the prince, and ended the argument by sentencing Paragus to death, shooting him with a ki blast.
Up until this time since birth, Broly was noticeably disturbed by Goku, who was crying incessantly in the adjoining infant pod. Two Saiyans in the nursery commented on both the difference in power level and the fact that Goku's cries were having such an effect on Broly. The crying would drive Broly to insanity, and a hatred towards Goku that he carried all throughout his life. His troubles would only double, as the young Broly is stabbed with a dagger through the chest, and both he and his father are thrown in a heap and left to die. But Broly survived the attempt at infanticide, only growing stronger still from the Saiyan ability to recover and grow greatly in strength from cases of near-death.
Later on that same day, Frieza acts on his own fear of the legend and attacks Planet Vegeta; killing King Vegeta and summoning a Death Ball to decimate the Saiyans' planet. Amid the destruction, Broly senses the danger, and to protect Paragus and himself Broly encases themselves in a powerful protective shield of ki, grabbing his father and flying him to safety. As the planet explodes, the two of them are able to escape without incident.
Though both survived, as Broly grew to adulthood, Paragus realized all was not well. As insane as the boy's level of power was his mental instability was greater; Paragus had lost whatever influence he might have had over his son. Fearing for his safety, and believing Broly would destroy world after world if left to his own devices, Paragus has a scientist rig a special control to keep Broly under restraint. Successful, Paragus initiates a plan to rekindle Saiyan dominance, plotting to use Earth as a base of operations and have revenge on the son of their would-be killer, Vegeta, at the same time.
Notes
Burori never announces his attacks nor really has names for them.
Guesstimate of power level:
10,000 + 700,000 (near-fatal power boost. Using Vegeta's estimate) + 14,700,000 (Supa-Saiyajin boost. Using Goku's estimate) + 92,000,000 (Assumed USSJ boost. Using Trunk's guesstimate)
