Rules
Text In "[ ]" is used to show punishments if you do not follow the rule(s). I.B. is instant ban.
1. Follow The TOS of Gaia. [Warning - I.B.]
2. Keep Quotes short. 5 max. [Warning - I.B.]
3. I. No Spamming or bumping outside of the "Recycle Bin" [Warning - I.B.]
II. Do not make useless topics/comments outside of the "Recycle Bin" [Warning - Instant Ban]
4. Be Respectful. [Warning - I.B.]
5. I. Conversation stays in your/my topics.
Arguments must be taken to the Argument Thread.
Fighting is restricted to the Arena [Warning - I.B.]
II. Keep anything related to original topics in the topic. Do not make another topic related to the original topic. This will keep my forum clean and organized.
6. No Cybering.
Kissing, Hugging, and the occasional "Misplaced"
hand is okay, But anything crossing the border to "Nasty"
will result in an Instant ban For all guilty parties.
7. All fights must have an impartial Judge to prevent
any God-Moding and/or rule violations.
Members caught God-moding, and judges
allowing it will be reduced to member status, be warned or be banned. As will any parties involved in unauthorized combat. Only Guild Mods
Can Judge, or Appoint a Temporary Judge.
8. There is to be a mediator at all arguments. If a
Mediator is unavailable, please use PM's. Any Member
NOT involved in an argument in any way may be
A mediator. Mediators are to keep debaters calm,
respectful, and Rule-Abiding. If an argument is resolved,
mediators must PM a full report to Nerezza Dellanotte.
The report does not require A full review of the conversation.
A report must summarize the argument in 3-5 sentences.
(Mediators will be paid based on the complexity and/or
seriousness of the argument.) [Warning - I.B.]
9. Racism will NOT be tolerated. While having racist
views is not against the rules, expressing them is. Some
argue that it is part of "Freedom Of Speech" to express
these views. I say, in my guild, Keep it to yourself.
Jokes are okay, as long as they are MEANT as
a joke. Not teasing, not offensive. It must be a joke of
a comical or humorous nature. Otherwise, it will be
classified as a prejudice remark. The same applies to
sexism, and anything discriminating against homosexuals.
An Instant Ban Will be placed on anyone that is being prejudice,
and depending on the seriousness of the violation, may be
reported to a Gaian official.
10. I. Orders Given By Gaian Officials Must Be Followed.
II. Orders Given By Nerezza Dellanotte Are To Be Followed,
So Long as they do not conflict with Rule 10, Section I.
III. Orders Given By Guild Mods Are To Be Followed,
So Long as they do not conflict with Rule 10, Sections I, or II.
Mods of higher rank may overrule a lower rank, so long as
they have a valid reason. If you are given orders by a mod,
and then given orders by Nerezza Dellanotte that contradict
the orders given by the mod, explain the situation.
Nerezza may overrule the mods orders, or may order you to
proceed as originally directed. Orders given by a Gaian official
must have proof to back them up. If they were given through a PM,
Forward It To Nerezza Dellanotte, and she will verify the orders.
Anyone Caught Lying about orders will automatically be given a third warning. ((Refer to rule 11))If they get the third warning, they will be banned.
11. I. Nerezza Dellanotte has issued a Three Warning Rule. If anyone is to violate any of the rules in which they can be warned, then they will be. If this person is to get a third warning, they will be banned.
II. If anyone gets banned, they are allowed to come back to the guild. If they get banned one more time then they are not allowed in the guild ever again.
12. I. Nerezza Dellanotte has issued a new rule. Popular threads that reach 15 pages will be updated to Sticky status. The first person to post on the 15th page will claim a small prize given by Nerezza Dellanotte herself. If you complain about the prize, she will give you a Warning.
II. If Nerezza chooses, she may put a thread she finds important at Sticky or Announcement status. No prizes will be given. Complaints will again get you a warning.
III. If a thread that is an Announcement or Sticky becomes "boring", Nerezza will put the Announcements down to Sticky status, and the Stickies down to Normal status. Complaints about this will get you one or two warnings, depending on how pissed off Nerezza is at the time. If you have complaints about that, Instant Ban.
IV. If a person gets 25 posts or more, they will become a MOD. Be active!!!
13. ((Does not conflict with Rule 11))
I. If a Crew member becomes inactive, Nerezza shall demote them back to normal status. Any complaints result in an Instant Ban.
II. On that note, If you beg to be a mod you will not be a member of this guild anymore.
III. If anyone has not made at least five posts, they will be banned. There wil be a
