It seems that a lot of coffee drinkers dislike decaf.
I used to think the whole idea of caffeine-free beverages was sick and twisted.
But there is a point where a person can have too much caffeine.
And all the other situations where caffeine isn't really needed/allowed (Mormans, for instance).
The discussion/debate is decaf.
Hate, appreciate, civil war, or whatever you feel is necessary.

I guess if i wanted to just relax and if nothing is due decaf. would be alright. Normally, however, i'm very busy and do not have the freedom to just do "nothing". I only have caf. and sometimes wonder what a day on decaf. would be like.

I guess it's got something to do with the taste ? Decaf. does taste different, it's not a huge difference, but there is a difference. Not to mention it doesn't have that feeling of hyperness that coffee bring in the young ones, and that burst of energy in the older.
It's possibly that ? I'm just guessing... o.O; I get my caffeine from soda.

Decaf is a sin.... But help! i don't respond to caf... it only helps me get up in the morning.. but after 5 minutes I'm dead tyred again... so I sometimes think my mum is giving me decaf all the time.. but I never respond to caf... Somedays when I have a lot of money on me..... I buy like 10 double espresso's just to feel a bit of the caf effect... but no response..... Is this whole world decaf, Or is it just me, my body that makes caf decaf......

It seems like you've built up a lot of tolerance.
Which is kind of unhealthy.
Butbut-
Decaf coffee helps prevent colon cancer.

I drink either. I prefer caf to decaf but I'm not sufficiently bothered to care too much

I do not see the point in drinking decaf. Coffee is for the caffeine fix, that it tastes good is just an added bonus!

Skyling Draggonnov -hardly drinks coffee anyways so wouldn't know-........-drinks a starbucks Vanilla Bean- Mmmm Vanilla Bean Frappuchino Blended-Creme - aren't those fab? Hmn... the point of decaf is still to have the lovely delicious taste of coffee (and we have gotten better at roasting tasty decaf then we used to be) without the caffiene effect. Pregnant women and those who are allergic to caffiene (yes they exist) will often drink it. Myself? I only drink it when I'm reeeaaaally craving a coffee in the evening and I have to be up for a 5:15 am shift. xp
